I am disabled and it's difficult for me to carry packages into the store to be returned, and the minute they see me get out of my car, they are always alert, come out to help and bring back the receipt to me so i don't have to struggle! I've used this UPS drop-off often and they have be so kind to me! Plenty of parking in back so you don''t have to hassle worrying like the other store in Hillsborough where i often had to park curbside and worry about being ticketed or have someone not see my flashers and hit my car. I always had to park curbside and hassle with trying to get inside to drop off, but the location at Amwell Pharmacy is so much easier and as i mentioned, the people who work there are always friendly, helpful, and always super friendly!...I appreciate their help because being on crutches and trying to carry boxes (or kick them!) into the store is a nightmare, but they are right there when they see me and always so helpful! We had several meetings with them to give them feedback, but their subsequent designs were as bad as the original ones, where they just moved the pictures and around and reversed some of the colors. I would say that in my 40 years in the business world, the designs submitted by Bev Thomas the owner and Chrys Longman "their designer" were some of the most amateurish junk I have ever seen. Graphic Matter is trying to keep my $5,500 deposit, and I will be going after them in court for fraud. I walk in the manager inassume was talking to two employees about work related stuff which is fine. But could of stopped so one of the associates could check me out. Well the first associate was sitting on the outside of the register and didn't even get up when I walked up. The other associate who was open I went to. But in between she had her phone out texting while checking me out. She looked at me and asked if I was done after I used the pin pad because she was to busy worrying about her phone which was the most unprofessional thing you can do in a business which calls for Customer service. He just kept telling us that he saw in his system that the package SHOULD arrive by the next day but that it is just a TARGER and he can't really guarantee what happens. However, he never disclosed that this was a target and not a guarantee of overnight. If my husband had been provided this information he would not have sent the package. This FEDEX office needs to do more than just TRY to meet the level of service they sell. UPS near Wegmans is much better customer service and they stand by their delivery times.
