When it arrived, the "manager told the recipient it was to heavy, and they were leaving it in the parking lot. What does the "manager think 147 pounds means in english? ​Incompetent, lazy liars who wanted me to pay an additional fee for "handling". UPS has become 3rd rate and store 7310 is a perfect example of dishonest money grabbing liars.

This FEDEX office needs to do more than just TRY to meet the level of service they sell. UPS near Wegmans is much better customer service and they stand by their delivery times.
