The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.

My claim was declined. The insurance company required unrealistic things like a photo of the space prior to incident showing the hose in place. Who takes pictures of their furnace? This resulted in a costly last-minute repair to my ceiling. Essentially this means that you are at the mercy of a potential crappy insurance policy carried by the contractor and that the owner takes no personal responsibility for potential damage.

He went downstairs didn't cover any of my vents before he started blowing them out. So they blew up all into all the rooms of my house. There is now an Orange dust covering everything in my home.. Later we discovered that he also left metal shavings from where he drilled into our vents. Unfortunately I spent a week cleaning those up because I kept stepping on them. I called Lavonne at their office and she told me I could either have $50 off or I could have someone come out and clean my dryer vent. So we had someone named Joe come out and clean our Dryer vent. About 15 minutes later I went to ask him a question and realized he was gone he had taken all the little metal rivets that I had picked up from the floor from the 1st guy and took them with him. When I moved the dryer I realized that he didn't actually clean the vent as there was a pile of dust and debris sitting on my floor. He came over he was friendly, he was kind, he was engaged and he understood and he offered to pay for our services. We agreed. When I got our bill from centerpoint energy I called them because it was still on there. When I spoke to them they told me that they had never heard from the company And that they had no idea what I was talking about when I said that we weren't going to pay the bill. I do want to say that centerpoint energy did amazing. They had someone come out from another company and clean my vents.. And the new company tells me that the first company didn't actually clean anything on my vents he drilled holes he made a mess he put my children in danger and he didn't actually do his job.
