I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. Thanks to them I was able to walk down the aisle and dance the night away on my wedding night.

She is extremely rude and unprofessional. When you are an autism specialist, you should consider what the parents are going through. I never got a chance to have my child evaluated by her. The Doctor, on my initial phone visit, was highly rude. She gave me the vibe she didn't care to be taking my son in as a patient. She had not looked at any of the paperwork and concerns in the paperwork (20+ pages). Basically I had to tell her everything I put into the paperwork and was caught off guard and confused because all this is new to me. That didn't matter to her, she refused to see my son as a patient after being on a waiting list for her office for 6+ months. Now we have to start all over and cant get him evaluated for a year.

I've had to make two appointments with this office, and both experiences were frustrating. The second time, I was late (my fault), but in both cases, trying to reschedule was met with indifference. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, as if they didn't care whether I was a patient or not. On top of that, a couple of years ago I needed the frames on my glasses replaced, and it took three months to get them back. I called multiple times, was told someone would follow up, and no one ever did. Eventually, they blamed their third-party vendor, but they didn't seem concerned about the delay or the lack of communication -- just business as usual. In my opinion, if that's the level of service they accept, maybe they need to reconsider who they're doing business with. I've liked the doctors I've seen here, but the customer service and follow-through from the rest of the team leave a lot to be desired.
