I called PH police department and they were very helpful where the homeless stopped using my immediate house area as a bathroom. Today I happened to have this issue and called PHPD, but I had a very negative experience. The operator kept asking me what I wanted to do, since the person who defecated was no longer in the area. I explained to her 3 or 4 times how this was handled before, so, it seems like this person shouldn't be in this position to address this kind of issues. Her very unprofessional attitude was terrible. I just had to hang up since my call didn't go anywhere. Good luck trying to contact the right person here.

He was very calm and caring when I had to file a police report as the victim of a serious crime. Officer Hewitt made the entire process of doing intake so much easier then I thought it was going to be. I recommend any victims needing an officer whom is sensitive to your needs and situation to file your intake report with Officer Hewitt. I sincerely hope whomever is reading this from LAPD take my suggestion seriously. Unfortunately, my report needed to be forwarded to the N Hollywood division, which I was upset about, bc I wanted Van Nuys PD to do the detective work on this case. Both stations are busy, but I feel Van Nuys is a bit more personal and caring and they get things done faster just from observation and reviews. Keep up the great work guys!
