I was then informed that my request was canceled due to contracted driver getting in an accident (no notification on behalf of GLL). Roadside assistance created a new service request, upon which GLL services was assigned again. Again, 59-69 min ETA. After 2 hours with no update, I reached out to GLL again. No answer, no answer, no answer. Finally, an answer, but immediately hung up on. I called the middleman, roadside assistance again. They subbed It to a different company, thankfully. I'm appalled. My car has been disabled since 10 am. It is now 3 pm. I'm stuck in a hotel parking ramp. shame on you GLL.

Dylan, the first technician, spent nearly an hour fumbling with a basic jump-start before announcing I "needed a new battery." Fine. I was exhausted and just wanted to go home. But what followed was beyond unacceptable. This man literally caught himself on fire. Sparks were flying repeatedly, he couldn't remove the battery, he nearly broke the battery housing entirely, and he ended up calling someone to talk him through what should've been a routine procedure. After close to two hours of chaos, he finally gave up and called another tech to take over while my parking fees kept climbing. Tony, the next technician, was professional and kind, but even he was stunned by the destruction Dylan left behind. My hood wouldn't close, random broken parts were on the ground, and he actually handed me the pieces Dylan broke and took photos for evidence. He was just as shocked as we were and had to untangle the mess just to tow my car to their shop. Completely absurd. And then came the owner, Mike, who somehow managed to make the entire situation worse. His attitude was dismissive, uninterested, and downright insulting. When I explained everything that happened, his response was: "Poor Dylan." Excuse me? Poor Dylan? The guy that was on call, was right next door to my Tops job at Lowe's. His name is David. He suggested that I just have him change my tire, rather than take it to the dealership. He said it would be cheaper. He also suggested me just getting a tire from Reid's rather than going to the dealership. He was quick with his response time and with how quickly he put the donut on.
