I bought a Venture vest heat for for scuba diving used the vest 2 time and the controller stopped working. I purchased it through my dive store in Canada, and i am in Florida for the winter. I contacted the company that made them and they said they will not warranty it since it was not purchase with them. I had to purchase a new controller as i did that will be refunded by my dive store. Too bad they do not honor their product and that is a red flag for me. Very bad experience and very sour taste in my mouth. Will i recommend the product NO due to the cost and warranty is not honoured. read more

I received a Venture Heat hoodie as a Christmas gift in 2022. In early February I washed it for the 1st time per the instructions included with the garment, and the metal tips came off the drawstrings. I sent an email to Venture Heat explaining what happened and asked if replacement tips were available and their response was "Hi Scott, Thanks for reaching out! This is the first time me hearing the drawstring metal cap came off. Kind regards, Tyler B.Venture Heat USA" No offer to place, so indication if it could or couldn't be. No apology for the lack of quality, just a denial that it's ever happened before. I will not purchase Venture Heat again, nor will I recommend them. read more

From their website, it looks like they make battery-operated heating clothing for power and winter sports. What I love so far, though, is the near infrared heating pad that I ordered from the Sharper Image. They don't advertise the brand name. But it's so different than your usual heating pad that I feel compelled to share. It provides a deep, gentle heat with little or no EMF. It was pricey ($150), but I'm crossing my fingers my flexible spending account will cover. Note: It appears they only sell the near infrared heating pad through 3rd parties like Sharper Image and possibly Hammacher Schlemmer. Again, they don't mention the brand name. read more

Venture Heat® and its team is some of the best, gloves down. Recently I had been in the market for some real quality heated gloves for Christmas for my father who had been asking me for 2 years now to get him some quality gloves that kept his hands warm. I had searched the high seas of the internet far and wide but was only met with cheap subpar products on eBay and Amazon until I finally found a place called "The Warming Store". It was on that site which I had found the Venture Heat® Epic 2 gloves which were far superior then all the other gloves in gloveland. I know spending a little bit of extra money on quality/R&D and customer service always ends up being the right way to go.. and boy was I right this time. An unfortunate event left the gloves in bad shape. I emailed Venture Heat® and was met with an immediate response the next day. I followed up and talked to there friendly and helpful customer service support team and I was back in full working order, with my nice warm gloves within a few weeks. By far Venture Heat® literally saved my Christmas as well as my fathers. Its been such a nice process to work with a company like this after working with some others that's been less then enjoyable. I don't know what I would do without Venture Heat Therapy Wrap products. I have had a neurological disease for four years now that makes me painfully cold on my skin. These wraps are the most soothing products and the velcro design keeps them in place! Love them! Love them! Love them! Their customer support has been great too. Thank you so much Venture Heat! It has me rank these on this review as inexpensive, moderate, or pricey. I am marking pricey, because they are a bit, but I want to be sure to clarify that I strongly believe they are worth every penny and I always have a back up in my drawer in case one ever breaks. read more

The staff there really know how to take care of customers! They answered my questions about motorcycle gear with ease and if he wasnt sure, checked with another staffer. They were welcoming to the idea that I wanted to come to the office. They are not quite a storefront but work with customers really well. The store was easy to find. It's clean and contemporary. Doesn't look like an old dusty factory! I was hesitant about buying the heated pants on line as I wanted to make sure they fit. I wear a size 6 womens pants. 28 inseam 28 waist. They gladly pulled the small and extra small. These pants are unisex. The liners should fit snugg to transfer heat well. The XS for really good! They had a large clean bathroom for mr to try them on. They are sturdy and well made! The only thing I can see is that the snap at the waist could be beefier. The filliments are all in the front portion of the leg from the thigh to the shin. They have three levels of warmth! Med was very good in 50's temps. I have a jacket liner from them I bought a year ago. They have the most filliments of any. If your going to ride in cold weather than this is it! I have ridden on 36 degree temps to work and the jacket liner has always kept me toasty! Make sure you get the Y splitter so you can energize both! Oh and I ride a Harley Road Glide so no problem with drawing the maps to keep me warm. read more

I purchased 2 pairs of the battery heated gloves for my wife and I. We used them 22 times over two ski seasons before they ceased to operate as advertised. When I wrote to ask how I could send them back for repairs, they said that they did not repair gloves and made no attempt to solve my problem. All I got from the service manager was a "Sorry." Now I am out almost $400 and the gloves are useless. Venture Heat of Huntington Beach does not stand behind their products and has no real interest in trying to resolve a problem with a customer. ELECTROCUTION! I bought gloves (MC-325) at the Orlando AIM Expo Oct 2016 The salesman assured me that the gloves are waterproof. That's a LIE! I rode from Natchez Ms to Pensacola FL 12-31-16 I started off in a lite rain with 48 degree temp, within the first 30 min I felt my hands getting wet, and buy the first stop (120 miles) the gloves are soaked and VERY HARD to get off and on. After the first stop I kept using the gloves and about 10 min in to the second leg of the trip I notice a tingling in my hands, the setting was on med so I switch to low the tingling eased up, I switch to high and about crashed the bike! It felt worse than a 9 volt battery on your tongue! I immediately unplugged the gloves and rode the rest of the second leg with cold wet hands. The second stop I had my brother put his hand in one of glove and turn it on, he jumped back so fast the glove came unplugged! He said WTH! He put his Gerbings back on and waved! Thanks Venture Heat for selling a misleading DANGEROUS product! I will tell everyone I can not to buy your dangerous products! read more

I placed my order November 9, assumed 1 1/2 months would give them enough time to ship my order before Christmas. I checked my order status on the site and it says complete/shipped. I click on the tracking button and it says tracking not available, that I needed to send an email to the address provided. I have done this multiple times and absolutely no response. I've heard wonderful things about their products, but if this is the type of customer service they provide when you live across the country and can't go to their store, I guess I'll have to shop elsewhere. read more
