I bought a new phone from venture wirless in Rensselaer in. Last Saturday. I have been having issues with it! I don't like a phone I have issues with from the beginning. So I took it back today. The person who sold the phone to me was not there. The young lady that was there when I told her I didn't like the phone never asked me what was wrong with it or if she could even help me figure it out. She instantly said it would be a $35.00 restock fee. Then when I said do you mean I have to pay another fee after I had just spent $241.00 in there.needless to say I was not happy. Then she said she didn't appreciate the way I was talking to her and that she was not the one who sold me the phone! So I told her I would come back another when someone else could help me! I'm not happy at all with the customer service I received today.
