Purchase a Groupon for 40 units of Botox turns out I could only use 20 units at a time my mistake. I didn't read the small print and didn't realize that I couldn't use them both at the same time either way the receptionist was a very rude person she was trying to degrade me threatened to call the cops because she was trying to charge me an extra $330 for the difference in units, which was almost triple what the actual Groupon was for by the way she called Margaret, which is very nice to me and treated me with the respect the way a customer should be treated while she threatened again you to call the cops on me and I was like go ahead and call the cops Margaret went the extra step to call the owner and see how we can come to an amical solution I spoke with Christine, who seems to be the owner and we came to an agreement on a fair number. Either way I feel that I will never return to this place again. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon for the difference and part of the reason it is not because of Margaret or Christine because they were both very pleasant, but , because of that receptionist, I don't believe that people like her should be working in Customer Service jobs. She was not friendly. She was rude and she spoke to me in a degrading way maybe because you know I'm not her type either way it left a bad taste the Groupon misunderstanding was my fault because I should've read it, but I still feel that there could've been a better way of resolving this issue read more

I had an awful facial there this morning. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, there was no one at the front desk. I sat down in the waiting area, and after a while an employee walked in. She did not acknowledge me at all. She ended up coming up to me and said "youre here for the facial? she'll be out in a little while". The esthetician did not use steam at any point during the treatment, and the towels she did use were luke warm at best. All of the products she used were freezing. She did use a very thick mask on my skin, and it did not dry correctly so she had to use a small fan to dry it - i walked out of the treatment with globs of the mask still on my face and worse, in my hair. The service has change from excellent to poor. I was informed I can remove my mask after botox to take a picture because the clinician has antibodies to COVID. That is not the New York State recommendations. When I went to pay, was charge different price than from Groupon site. The woman stated next time buy from Groupon. I got Botox here, and it was my first time getting it in my forehead, I've always gotten it in the masseter muscles. The woman who did the Botox was great. She was offended that I asked if she did my corrugator muscles, but I want her to know that she did great, it's not you, it truly was me! I was too concentrated on the squishing of the Botox in my forehead that I actually did forget how many squirts went to those muscles. Visited Venus and Venom today and it was not a good experience at all. Not only did the aesthetician seem bothered (did not smile) , she performed the wrong facial, missing the main reason I was getting the facial, a microdermabrasion. By the time I brought it up, she said it was too late. The only solution she offered to me was to "reschedule". They are more expensive than their competitors and I expected different .
