This place burned me!!!! I went to renu medispa for laser hair removal and levia did not listen to me at all, she caused first degree burn on a huge area, burned me completely black. And now the skin is going to peel and become raw and cause even more pain and i m sure it is going to leave burn mark. I was in extreme extreme pain, took so many pain killers but nothing was helping and when i called renu medispa they werent helpful at all. My esthetician from another laser spa was more helpful than them. I showed it to certified physician and was told this is 1000% burn and will take a very long time to heal. My first time there first They ran late for appointment... then they wanted me to see someone else! I will say They are very knowledgeable but that means nothing if they are over booked. Then they told me they couldn't do anything for me because it won't be a permanent fix! Please let me be the judge of that! and there is no permanent fix with aging. So I called back several days later to let them know the doctor They recommended doesn't do the procedure I need. They put me on Hold and then told me the doctor will call me back... nothing! I called here to speak to a clinician regarding a patient of mine having a minor issue with his foley catheter. The staff member who answered the phone was extraordinarily rude. The medical staff refused to even speak to me. In contrast, at Health Quest Urgent Care, I was able to speak to the clinician who explained that it would be best to have the patient visit the emergency department. Fair enough but the difference in the interactions could not have been more stark. It is good medical practice to understand your limitations but a small amount of professionalism would have been appreciated. read more

This place misdiagnosed me and 2 other family members. The first incident was when my daughter broke her elbow. They told me that the xray looked fine. Two days later she till looked like she was in pain, so I took her again and the doctor said in a very condescending tone "I have been doing this for many years, and I know when something is broke. They took another xray and told me that her elbow was fine By that time I was trusting my motherly instincts and took her to an orthopedic who then told me that her elbow was fractured, and she needed a cast. Then my mother in law injured her finger and they told her it was broken. I told her I didn't trust their diagnosis and that she needed to see an orthopedic surgeon so I told her to go to the one that my daughter saw, and she went and they told her it was a bone spur due to arthritis. Then, I had a bad fall and landed on my hand. My entire thumb nail had ripped off, and my hand was swollen. I happened to feel that I had a sinus infection, and so I asked the doctor to check and looked up my nose and told me "you just have post nasal drip" Well two weeks later after having agonizing pain in my back and my hand wasn't getting better, I went to another doctor and I had a full blown upper respiratory infection, and then I went to see the orthopedic surgeon and he told me I had over extended the ligaments and had tendon damage and I had to wear a brace for 6-8 weeks. I spoke to Medical Director Dr. Faisal Ashraf, and I told him my complaint and at first he seemed to be empathetic, and he said he would look into it, and almost a month went by and he didn't call back so I called him asking what was going on, and he said "well what do you want me to do? There's really nothing I can do?" I asked him to refund me all the copays I made that were done in vain because of their misdiagnosis'. He said "those issues are not my concern". All I could say is "Wow, then why did you offer to get to me if you weren't? It's clear you had no intention to looking into this. I am filing a complaint with NEW YORK STATE DEPT. OF HEALTH! I just spent 2 hours waiting to be seen while experiencing a fever, whooping cough and wheezing. Concerned I had not been called and witnessing people who came well after me I approached the receptionist and asked the reason why I had not been called, she quickly found my records had not been made available to the nursing staff!! TWO HOURS of agony ! This must be the non-urgent care center. I had visited before and even took my child there last year and was satisfied, however it is clear the patient is not the priority. Avoid at all costs! I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated. The excuse for their inefficiency was blamed on their scheduling software! I never have an issue when I go here. I never wait no more than 30 minutes tops when other people are there. Or if it's just me and someone else it's like 15 min at the most. I did have to wait 50 min once, but they had a major emergency, but after that I was in and out. I prefer going here over my primary doctor. I love the doctors here as well. Dr. Bang is great. Nurses are even nice as well. Place is clean which makes me feel better and I like how they have a sick room for people with a cough. It's convenient and close to my home and their hours are convenient as well. I have heard people who have had issues, but from what they told me it sounds like they are being difficult because I always have a good experience when I go. I also like that they always give you a follow up call to check on you. My regular doctor never does that. I def prefer this place over any other walk in clinic in the area. My boyfriends goes here now as well and prefers this place over his primary doctor. read more
