On the other hand my haircut experience was a one. If I could give it a 0 I would because it was such a disappointment. Stylist that I had was very preoccupied with the client that she had before me. Left me a few times. I feel that I was overcharged for my service, I do not feel that the shampoo that I was given was very good and I had a basic haircut. She blew dry my hair and did not flat iron it or didn't even show me the back in the mirror to check to see if I was happy and sent me on my way. I was charged $80 for the service and I don't even know what I got. My husband came to pick me up and was wondering what was wrong with my hair. I give the spa a 5 The salon is zero. A dear friend was sucked in to undergo a (very UNsuccessful) face/neck lift (Rhytidectomy) surgery…read moreby Dr. Shane Seal. He said it would take 10 years off her facial appearance. Instead, the outcome was a failed (botched) surgery. To make matters (far) worse, after complaining to the surgeon over a 14 month period, ("Dr."?) Shane Seal agreed to attempting to revise the outcome via liposuction which was consented to. However, he also attempted a surgical revision to the botched surgery, but he did so without even mentioning his intention to attempt that surgery, (surgery without consent). The patient has permanent mutilation damage which can never be altered due to the high risk of (additional) nerve damage. Now my friend has commenced a Supreme Court litigation to sue for damages due to medical negligence.

I have been a regular at this spa for more than a year. I love the staff, and the products are…read moreamazing. The spa is in an old house on Lemarchant Road and doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that deter you. Once you step inside, you smell the wonderful aromas and you'll find that the older building just adds to the charm of the place. I've tried many of their services, including massage, pedicure, all-over exfoliation and facials. I usually treat myself to a package so that I can be pampered for a couple of hours! The staff are very friendly, caring, responsive, and have excellent product knowledge. They do a thorough job and always make me feel as if I'm the most important customer they have. When I leave the spa, I'm so relaxed and pampered I practically float out of there.
