Once you step inside, you smell the wonderful aromas and you'll find that the older building just adds to the charm of the place. I've tried many of their services, including massage, pedicure, all-over exfoliation and facials. I usually treat myself to a package so that I can be pampered for a couple of hours! The staff are very friendly, caring, responsive, and have excellent product knowledge. They do a thorough job and always make me feel as if I'm the most important customer they have. When I leave the spa, I'm so relaxed and pampered I practically float out of there.

They got me a full refund when the stylist turned my hair an odd shade of grey/blue. The stylist: did not do a good job on my hair; she also tested a new product on me she had never used before. She admitted her mistake but had very little time in her schedule to do my hair. She left it limp and flat; no style. It was an awful experience. I really trusted this salon and except for a great front desk, it was a major disapointment.

On the other hand my haircut experience was a one. If I could give it a 0 I would because it was such a disappointment. Stylist that I had was very preoccupied with the client that she had before me. Left me a few times. I feel that I was overcharged for my service, I do not feel that the shampoo that I was given was very good and I had a basic haircut. She blew dry my hair and did not flat iron it or didn't even show me the back in the mirror to check to see if I was happy and sent me on my way. I was charged $80 for the service and I don't even know what I got. My husband came to pick me up and was wondering what was wrong with my hair. I give the spa a 5 The salon is zero. Was charged 66$ when on the website it states 25$ for a wash and style with no other information that states the price is subjected to change due to hair length and time. I also emailed about the price myself prior to the appointment and they just confirmed by appointment without answering my question about the price. Emailed the to see if I could get a refund and got no response until I called. They said that loose waves couldn't be done in the hour timeframe so they did tight curls instead. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. Overall super disappointed and would definitely avoid this salon in the future, especially for prom season!

WOW!!! WOW!!!!! WOW!!!!!…read more I had a bad haircut from another salon and was devastated. I went into HAIR CONNECTION and got the royal treatment. The consult was amazing! The owner herself did my consult! They went above and beyond! I went in again, and was treated amazing like the first time! The owner came in on her day off to cut my hair. She spent a lot of time on me, letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. She answered all my questions, made me comfortable and was so friendly. In the end, I wasn't charged too much, and I was happy. I highly recommend HAIR CONNECTION!! Thanks guys!! :D
