I feel terrible that my young son had to pay that much for an extremely substandard product - horrible actually. "Vegan" was clearly written on the blackboard outside the door, on the basket holding the cookies, and on the packaging of each individual cookie. On the ingredients list on the individually wrapped cookies, it states "egg" as one of the primary ingredients. Eggs are not vegan. This could cause stomach upset or an allergic reaction to someone expecting the "vegan" cookie to actually be vegan. I had to throw out the cookie I bought as I could not eat it. I would suggest removing the vegan label associated with this recipe.

What was delivered was completely different and charged at the very top of my budget, not what had been presented. After multiple calls trying to resolve it and a specific request to leave the recipient out of the situation, they made the astonishing decision to return to the recipient's home, remove the arrangement, and issue a full refund. I can accept a disappointing arrangement. I cannot accept poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and repeated bad judgment. One of the strangest customer experiences I've had. I won't be back.
