I got my mom a cute purse that has Mickey and Minnie but it's subtle and classy so it's not super noticeable. This location even offers embroidery on most bags for an additional fee. Yesterday, 7/3/2026 I visited the Vera Bradley store at Disney Springs with my daughter, who was excited to explore backpacks for back-to-school. In fact, she had already fallen in love with one online and bought it--one of the exact pieces we'd considered. But what made this visit so painful was how we were treated. The staff, especially the young woman who directed us to the 50% off items, made me feel small--like we didn't belong. After a lovely dinner, that assumption based purely on appearance was crushing. What this store should do is train their staff better in customer service, because a customer should be treated with equal respect, no matter their appearance. Despite our purchase, I am now questioning whether I will ever return to this store again. They were so rude, I felt unwelcome. read more

I love Vera for their luggage and travel accessories. They have something for everything! It seems I'm forever ordering from their website, but when I want the Disney Limited Editions, I head to this shop at Disney Springs! When it comes to Vera + Disney, I have to have the pattern in all the things! This shop is nice and open. Plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. Everything is displayed beautifully and the store is spotless. As other Vera fans will understand, with some pieces it's all about the placement, especially with Disney pieces because you want to make sure the characters aren't cut off and they are centered, etc. The employees have no problem with you unfolding 30 bags if you need to just to find your perfect one. That's definitely a plus! Four stars instead of five because while all of the employees are smiling and friendly, there have been one of two who act snooty. I've visited this shop a lot and it's only happened on a couple of occasions. The other wonderful employees make up for it, so it's really a non-issue; however, it stills rubs me the wrong way. read more

Standard Vera Bradley store, nothing too exciting! I usually visit the outlet store in Fort Lauderdale, I feel like the selection there is much better and has many more styles to pick from. The other bonus, the outlets are far less expensive than this shop at Disney Springs. It's been a while since I have been in the full price retail version of this shop. A tiny bag for $58?!?! I'll stick to the outlet and pay $15 instead. This isn't high end fashion folks, I'm fine with last season's pattern if it saves me 60%! I use the outlet bags as beater bags anyway. I was really surprised that there were very few Disney related items! I saw a couple of park themed travel items, but no purses with Mickey! I was even willing to splurge a little for that perfect WDW souvenir. Vera always has some great cross body bags, but nothing in a Disney print. :( This is a nice store, but the inventory seems minimal. The outlet usually has shelves chock full of various styles to pick from. They do offer some customization services, which is a neat option. If you have time, I'd suggest going to the Vera Outlet in Orlando instead, you will save 60-70% off retail. read more

Went into the Disney Springs location for a simple Disney keychain. Asked the worker if they had any keychains with the pattern showing more of the character and then was laughed/scoffed at by the worker saying "Well that's the pattern and how it's cut". That little interaction just made me want to never buy Vera Bradley ever again. That worker made me feel like crap for asking a simple question, have better customer service. read more

Honestly I have never been the biggest Vera Bradley fan however, stepping up the this sweet accessory shop within the Disney Springs the employees are very engaging and ready to assist you in any way they can and understand when you are just browsing as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the quilted purses and bags that they are most known for are not the only pieces they carry. In fact they have some very smart and cute leather pieces as well that could definitely find there way home with me. As my friend and I took a seat at the back of the shop on their comfy couch to just take the whole shop in, one of the aforementioned employees offered us each a bottle of water. Um... excuse me? Really?? Neither of us were used to that level of customer service and at least I can speak for myself, I was a little embarrassed to except it because I wasn't prepared to purchase anything and didn't feel right taking a water that could be given to a paying customer, even though that is way beyond the point; but I think it's incredible none the less. So, I guess my feelings toward this brand are definitely changing from what they were and I have many friends I could see myself taking here when they visit because I know they LOVE Vera Bradley and I am seriously thinking about going back to get that leather purse... Fantastic customer service. I had visited the store in November 2020 and the location was out of a certain pattern and style. They offered to put my name on a wait list. I received a call several weeks ago and I made the purchase over the phone. I asked for the items to be held at the location because I would be visiting for a soccer tournament and that I wanted the bags embroidered. I went to the store on Thursday night. Disney owns Orlando and apparently the rights to everything in this store. Everything is Disney branded and Disney priced. If you are a true diehard fan, this is the store for you. Otherwise, you might be better off going to one of their outlet stores or another retailer. Staff was just ok. The last couple of times, no assistance was offered. This particular time, it took a bit of time for the two cashiers to realize we were standing in the line with no one else in line or at the register. They eventually saw us and got us checked out. I ordered some items as gifts from this store. After placing the order, receiving a shipping notification, and having it charged to my card, I got an email notification that the order had been cancelled. I got unfriendly responses to my inquiries. The customer service has been horrible, and I still don't have those graduation gifts. As a long time patron, frequent customer, and collector of Vera Bradley, I am more than disappointed. I'm not sure whatever happened to wanting to retain great customers. read more

The workers here just talk badly about the customers after they either help them or as they pass through not realizing that other customers such as myself can clearly hear their conversation. It's poor taste! Poor customer service! Poor manners! Even when I went to complete my purchase, there was no greeting by the cashier such as"hello" or "did you find what you were looking for" etc. So I kindly reminded Jennifer our cashier that she is in customer service and should be more courteous towards customers and not blatantly bash customers with each interaction with them especially with other customers clearly within an earshot away. I did think it was in poor taste that she and the other employees talked about my mom just because she seemed indecisive about which item she should buy as she was the worst customer ever.She was unapologetic and defended her stance of her inappropriate behavior. It's as if the staff is too impatient to be in customer service. I just wish that these employees didn't act so entitled, snooty and above everyone but more kind and helpful which should be expected in customer service. read more

Visited again today and service was overall good. There are sales clerks all over the store to assist and even approach you to see if you need any assistance and greeted upon entering the store as well. Which was an improvement since our last visit. This is not a large store but does have a nice selection of various prints. Since this Vera is located in the Disney area they have plenty of Disney printed items but they are priced at the Disney pricing which makes them overly expensive. You may be better off visiting the Vera outlet to find items that are cheaper. Example, the same Mickey blanket that I just purchased not even a week ago at the Vera outlet for $32 was $64 at this store. There was another Mickey printed blanket that I thought was beautiful as well but was priced at $85 in this store. Unless you're a diehard Disney fan, I don't see paying the high prices on items just because they have Disney characters on them. If they're on sale, fine but not going to spend the original high sticker price. read more

This store is awesome! This Vera Bradley is pretty new to Disney Springs, and it fits the new theme of Disney Springs. The merchandise is adorable & good quality especially the Disney Parks exclusive products. The store was cute and nicely decorated. The staff were nice and helpful. The store was clean, tidy, and bright. FYI- Vera Bradley is in the Town Center part of Disney Springs & is next to Everything But Water & Sperry. Overall Vera Bradley Disney Springs is a adorable place to get souvenirs at the Walt Disney World Resort! I would definitely recommend this location of Vera Bradley! read more

I am a vivid Vera Bradley consumer and drove all the way to the Disney Springs store for the specific Mickey & Minnie Campus Backpack. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by the door greeter who shared that it was Veras Birthday 25% off sale. I appreciated the info and kept walking in looking around. In about a second an employee which I didn't grab her name unfortunately was constantly on me. Every bag I touched she would grab back from me and say she will hold it. Even while I was looking at the bag! I grabbed the Mickey bag and asked to see the black campus XL bag to compare. She basically told me the Mickey wasn't part of the sale and the black was much more expensive so I wouldn't want that to pick another selection. I asked my husband to come in to the store to compare the bags and she grabbed on to them both and wouldn't take her eyes off me or him. It was so uncomfortable that he just walked right out. I'm upset that I was so flustered that I just went along with it. I also wanted a monogram which I paid for and couldn't even focus on what I really wanted and just picked anything to get the heck out of there. Disney is part of an experience of joy and happiness and for the first time in my life, even living in Salt Lake City, I've never experienced such disrespect, insult and completely racially profiled by my race which is Hispanic by the way for those interested in knowing. I'm an educated professional that would have purchased more that day which was my intention but I wasn't even allowed the opportunity because I was rushed out. When I came back 30 minutes later to pick up the bag from getting an initial on it, the same employee asked why I was back and even took the bag out of my shopping bag to make sure that's why I was there. I don't know her name but she was working Thursday afternoon Aug 1st with dark hair petite and bright blue eyes. Thankfully she wasn't my catchier because if that would have been the case I probably wouldn't have purchased it. I needed the bag for an upcoming trip so that's why I bought it over the entire experience. The other employees were helpful but i encourage your store to have the team go through a diversity and inclusion training specifically at a location such as that where all the walks of the world come to Disney. This is an experience that continues to repeat itself in my mind and I wish I could have communicated better at the time and share my discomfort but I felt paralyzed which was a feeling I've never encountered before. read more
