All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

On top of this they charged my credit card for $1200 labor and over $3400 for materials which we never saw other then some of the tile used for the guest bathroom. He recently changed the name of his company to Sniper Construction which beside not addressing the issues with those who have given negative reviews or complaints is in my opinion unpatriotic Please do your self a favor and find another contractor. We went to the showroom and were greeted by Aaliyah who explained the inventory and helped us to make a selection. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us.
