The cashier said "that's not possible, I did the exchange myself just a few mins ago?" The manager then proceeds to say it takes 5 mins for funds to load. I point out on the receipt that it was 18 mins ago (lots of waiting in line) and now it "takes 30 mins for gift cards to load". I couldn't stand around another 12 mins hoping it would load as I had already left my family waiting in the car for an eternity. So now I have to go back and do this whole thing again just bc their system is flawed. It's a ridiculous waste of time

We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. Once all of the ornaments and the star were put on the tree it looked really good. I recommend going there to check out the holiday decorations as there is a wide variety of items to choose from.

The fryer that was sent with the trailer stopped functioning within weeks. The service door split after 5 uses. This company promised to make things right. Including providing us with a warranty. So far we have been ignored. We've called, text and emailed. No answer. I would be very cautious when doing business with this company. We have now had to hire lawyers to purse them. Good luck. I don't recommend.

On October 10, 2022, the chair stuck in the recline position and would not go down. What followed was a five-week experience with Decorum that was at the least frustrating, and at the most, condescending. I won't go into all of the detail of the back and forth with Decorum but the main point is this: we were made to feel like the enemy. There was never an expression of regret for th failure of this product nor a call from management to say we're sorry this happened. We initiated almost all communication, having to persist to find out when the chair would be repaired and returned. In fact, it felt like Decorum was mad at us for having this problem. If you want to shop for upscale home furnishings, Decorum is your store. If you want to deal with people who are genuine and who make you feel they care about your business, go elsewhere. In fact, the store staff could take lessons from their delivery team; they were courteous, good-humored and a pleasure to meet. Our greatest hope is that the Fairfield recliner does not break down again, or we will be back to square one with Decorum.

Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.
