I can't say all nuff wonderful things about this place as I walked in I realize they were eager to assist me. The personal care and all was impressive ....I really truly enjoyed the beauty around this place Embellish is something to admire I could have sat there and watched all the interesting gifts throughout the store I was so amazed the personality of the women working here was very gracious and helpful this is a group I will use when I get my home's built. I understand that you have to make an appointment if you want to be assisted in a professional manner also the beauty surrounding this store is truly talented people. Oh how I love this place! I stumbled upon this beautiful store when I was early for a hair appointment and decided to hit up Starbucks. I noticed the store front and chandeliers through the windows. I had a few minutes to run into the store to check it out. I have since purchased three custom sofas, three custom chairs, pillows and a stunning blue agave art piece! Betina, who I now know is the owner, set me up with a designer to help select my dimensions, fabric and stain color. Betina personally sketched the dimensions of my console table and scaled it with the art to make sure I was purchasing the correct size for the space. Everyone is warm and friendly and no one is pushy like some other furniture stores. Also, her pricing is the best! I needed sunbrella fabric in my sofas, and I had price quotes from 3 other stores. I've had a wonderful experience at Embellish My Home and now recommend the store to everyone seeking quality furnishing and great customer service. read more

Items come broken. Terrible communication and no updates on when furniture will possibly be in when it has been months since the order date. I have since ordered several pieces of furniture from Restoration Hardware and have had no issues. Their items came in sooner than they quoted. Will not use them again nor ever recommend. read more

A small but adorable furniture and accessory boutique tucked into a strip mall in Lakeway. Well worth the drive from Austin. The owners pride themselves on stocking unique and quality items. Most of the furniture lines can be customized and ordered without much wait. I have been working with a Lakeway client and we recently ordered a really great looking chest of drawers with a faux green finish, gorgeous hardware and pecan stained top. We also selected fabric and trim for a footstool and purchased an upholstered chair. Everything came in within 3 weeks which in the design trade is similar to the speed of light. The owner and staff go out of their way to make a customer happy. After the chest was delivered, the drawer broke. The owner of Embellish went to my client's home and fixed it. He was there within 24 hours. Service with a smile. read more

Read the return policy. Dont expect them to tell you about it either. Cute store, nice pricey items. Bought several things but decided the table runner didn't work on our table. They informed me its a 7 day return policy, then just looked at me.... so I left. They will not budge and do not care if they loose your business over it. read more

This store is SO cute. The employees were very sweet, friendly and helpful when I walked in and explained that I was looking for a couch. I found one I truly loved but couldn't pick out a fabric. A woman took my name and information and informed me that someone would call me about a design appointment and this was complimentary. She told me they could come out and help me choose some pieces and help with fabric selection as well. I was SO excited. Until I NEVER got a phone call. I truly loved the couch, chairs and a lot of the fabrics, but lack of follow up sent me to another store. Very sad. read more

Can't say enough wonderful things about this store!! Embellish recently helped us re-do some rooms, everything from furniture to rugs and art to custom window coverings. All with expert and complimentary design help. Everything came together beautifully! The designer worked with pieces I have, but was honest about what was not working and why, and spent generous time with me to evaluate options and select just the right new pieces. Pricing is very reasonable, and the store has gorgeous new things every time you walk in! I go often just to browse and get new ideas. Gorgeous things at the holidays too!! The service in this store is lacking. On my first visit to this business, I walked around for a good 10 minutes and no one came out from the back room. You could hear several women talking. There is a bell/buzzer that goes off when you walk in. I find it hard to believe that they don't hear it. I cleared my throat and coughed hoping they would hear me, but to no avail. So I left. A few months later I went back to look at rug samples and the same thing happened. This time I yelled to the back "hello"??? Some one came out and showed me the room with the samples. There wasn't a lot to choose from but the owner(I think) suggested I take some samples home. I had a fabric swatch and what she thought matched in my opinion was way off. She acted as though she was an expert and that my choices were wrong. I know what I like and what works. I am not a clueless customer that needs to be led around and be talked into something. When I brought the samples back, surprise! The same thing happened, no one came out. I left the samples on the counter and turned to leave, just then the owner appeared. She seemed truly offended that I did not like any of her samples. The store does have some nice decorative pieces but leans heavily towards a country French look. There are not too many modern-ish transitional things. It would be worth a stop if you are looking for a vase, or decorative box or are into the French look. read more

My husband and I recently moved to the Austin (Lakeway) area. My mother-in-law recommended Embellish My Home, as we needed some decor ideas and also furniture. They could not have been kinder and very helpful. Everyone, (no matter if they "get credit" for the sale" or not), treats you like you are their favorite customer. They are all very, very helpful and knowledgeable. (Extra accolades to the two Janet's! and the lady that owns the place!) We just completed a long-overdue Master Suite overhaul and the folks at Embellish were just great! They all work as a team so we got to know Sherri, Mike, Janet and Lana very well as we worked though our project. My wife and I are very happy with the design of our new space and the quality is first-rate. They are very easily accessible and easy to work with.
