The provider works flexible hours to include evenings and weekends. Moreover, they take my insurance while so many others don't. The provider was thorough and spent an hour talking to me. For the first time, I felt like someone listened to me. If you are looking for a provider who is empathetic, flexible with scheduling, and in network with insurance, I would highly recommend this practice and provider.

The price for the class was affordable and you really get bang for your buck since everything is included. Tia was an amazing and patient instructor and I left feeling more than prepared to save a life if needed. The class materials were very clean and you can tell they take care of their dummies. I could see the instructor wiping them down and placing a protective film over the mouth so I didn't feel like I was getting germs from other students. The class was small enough for all of us to have our own dummy and (adult and infant) and I even got to take home a textbook for my own reference. Tia made sure to tell us what page each video was referring too and I was able to take notes and underline things as we went along. Thanks to Tia, I passed the test on the first try. I also received my new BLS card in my email the same day. I truly appreciate the CMAG team and definitely recommend them for their CPR classes. I will definitely be returning here to renew my certification in 2 years.
