First, they almost never open so you often get to the answering service. not even one time out of 5 messages did they get back to me. I also faxed them, but heard nothing. When they do answer, they are unpleasant, impatient and unhelpful. I needed them to fax something to a specialist - they eventually faxed some one random page that was completely irrelevant to my medical problem. Everything you say you need to repeat like 3 times. So, if you need something from them - good luck, but don;t have high expectations.
