Was traveling in the area and had a water leak behind the toilet from a hose that was leaking, also had generator issue. He came out and looked at both issues then said his daughter will email me an invoice thatvI need to pay before he comes back out to fix the issues. Not sure why he didnt fix the water leak when he came out the first time, I guess he has a big van but no parts. He pre-billed me for 5 hours which I naively paid. He returned the next day and replaced the fuel filter on the generator and some pex behind the toilet. Total time spend for the 2 visits was 2 hours, and a large potion of the time was him just talking about stuff, including that I should have bought a used Prevost instead of my new Georgetown. I tried to talk to him about refunding some of the money as he only spent 2 hours working on the unit. He started claiming the industry charges a fixed hourly rate for services and he finishes faster. I advised he charged me 4 hours to replace a fuel filter, industry standard is 30 minutes. Then he claimed the extra $450 was his travel time to pick up the $20 filter that was 15 miles away. He eventually agreed to return some of my money but never did. Also, right after he left the toilet started leaking from a loose fitting. He, without looking at it, says "well you have a second leak". Was just coincidence that the pex tubing he was pulling on came loose from the toilet and caused extensive water damage. I see why he has some bad reviews and niw makes you pay up front, at least if you are traveling in the area. Use at your own risk.​ read more

Great service, I had a challenge with my water heater, and rather than him come out and charge me an exorbitant amount of money. He walked me through the steps of Debugging my water heater to determine the challenge / failure I was facing and got it fixed without spending a bunch of money. Not many people would spend the time he did to save a potential client money. I would say it is worth the money, but he saved me a lot or all of the money. Not many companies around these days would go this far, they would just charge you . He will certainly be my first call for any future repair, Job well done! read more

We spent the winter in Casa Grande, AZ. On our way back home we had a major break down 23 miles south of Camp Verde, AZ in the mountains. After a heavy haul tow of 26 miles to our RV Park, we started call RV repair companies. We found RV Solutions and we are glad we did. Our axel and bearings had blew and we were looking at a long wait for parts. Woody came out and assessed the damages. He found the parts and was diligent. He even drove to Phoenix to pick up the parts. Woody came out when he said he would and worked in the cold rain to do the repairs. He gave us an exact quote and didn't charge any more even though he worked longer than he estimated. I'm out of state, but my USB port in my RV isn't working to charge my phone, so I have to have a long cord to the back of the RV just to charge it. I called these guys and they said to take a picture of the port, and they would order a new one for me so that I could pop it in and have a working USB. Super kind. Highly recommended. read more

I initially contacted Woody on Tuesday March 19 because hot water was only sporadically coming out when I turned on faucets. There were also issues with the propane that seemed to be leaking. Woody came late the evening I called and worked outside around the hot water heater. The water was running when he left but said I could schedule an appointment because I had "sticky valves". I tried scheduling and was finally able to get a response on Friday and scheduled for Wednesday the 27th @ 10:30. At 9:00 on the 27th he called and said he needed to cancel because a woman in Flagstaff had no heat. At this point the propane had all leaked out and I had no heat either. He told me she took priority and I should get a space heater. He kept telling me I didn't have leaks but that I used up 2 tanks of propane with the heater. Later he called and said if I got both tanks filled he would come by and check for leaks. He did find the leak and said he would pick up the hose when he picked up parts for his Flagstaff job. Woody replaced the hose, it was a 20 minute repair with a $15 part, that he said would cost me $250 in addition to the $50 for telling me I have bad valves in the hot water heater. When he came the first night he said there was a $200 after hours charge but since he didn't advise he would not charge that but only $50 for the "repair". After repairing the hose he demanded his money and didn't show me what he had done or show me that there were no more leaks. After I texted him he came back the next morning and tested. Unfortunately, Woody gets very defensive when he is questioned and feels the need to bully. When I tried to ask him questions he kept talking over me and dismissing me. I then told him to leave, I don't need to be bullied by someone on my property. He told me he recorded everything and was going to take the video to the office. I don't know if he meant that to be a threat but it sounded petty and childish. Meanwhile, I paid $300 for a propane hose replacement and still only have hot water sporadically. This appears to be a relatively new business and I couldn't find any credentials for Woody. Hopefully, he will learn something from it and not get abusive with his next customer. Very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior, as rv people are pretty mobile repeat business is probably not important. I'm sure Woody will have a rebuttal with what a bad customer I was instead of trying to make this right. I have attached some texts to show I am a real customer with a real experience. *****This response is In regards to your response: in fact you did show up the next morning, after I texted you, to provide me with an assurance that the propane was no longer leaking. After the repair was completed it would have been appropriate to show me that there was no longer a leak using the tool that you identified the leak with. That should have been done before you left that acternoon. Instead of demanding payment overtalking me and arguing with me. I had to ask you 3 times to leave my RV. At that point you stated you recorded everything (as did I) and you were reporting me to the office. You did go to the office, not sure what you were trying to do. I guess you thought they were going to me remove me from the property? She told you that had nothing to do with the park. You then proceeded to call and text my son, not sure what the purpose of that was other than to tell him his mommy was being mean to you? Is that is your definition of gratitude? Coming to a customers premises wearing a political hat and complaining about your personal problems is very unprofessional as is your behavior towards a paying customer. You accused me of defamation for calling you out on your behavior and accused me of threatening you when I told you to stay away from me and my property. It's unfortunate that a 40 something man feels that it's appropriate to accuse and berate a 73 year old woman and then act like a victim. It's concerning that you are unable to answer legitimate questions from a customer without getting defensive and argumentative. You certainly showed me nothing but anger and disrespect. I hope you learn something from this, like how to respond appropriately to a customers questions/concerns without getting defensive and argumentative.
