He arrived 15 minutes early the next day and got straight to work. The front door set did not work well and even the builder's QC team couldn't get it to work well. When I pointed that out to Brandon, he disassembled the lock several times and adjusting it to work smoothly. It now operates as it should. When he found that the builder installed a lever style door handle upside down, he installed it correctly. Every lock was lubricated and tested for function and fit. He provided four new keys and now the builder's master key no longer opens my house for better security. He gives a discount to veterans and senior citizens. He's very polite and courteous.
