Decided to try this service based on the Yelp reviews and was sadly disappointed.... I had a rental house needing a cleaning before an open house for the first Saturday of June. I called Suzy to schedule a quote. She met me at the house on the Monday before and quoted me a fair price and stated she would leave the house perfect for the next tenant. The arrangement was to show up at 9:AM Saturday June 1st. I was at the location and waited for close to 40 min before I decide to call to find status. Suzy said her car broke down and she won't make it today...... I was in dire need as the Open House was literally going on and the house had been vacated the night before (31st of May). We agreed on her coming out the next day, Sunday and performing the job. I went again the next day and met with the cleaner that Suzy had sent. She worked for the whole day on the home. I was with prospective tenants when Suzy came to pick up her worker. The kitchen was the last room being cleaned. I said the home looks great but she's still cleaning the kitchen. At that point said I needed to address the applicants and also needed to leave and would pay Suzy expecting the work to be finished. A few minutes later the two ladies left saying everything is done and they drove off. I was about to leave the property and was looking around when I noticed the wall above the stove still had grease splatter on it! Then I opened the oven and realized it was left ON and had not been cleaned and the same for the broiler. I immediately called Suzy who apologized and assured me she would come back tomorrow morning and finish the job. Well, she never showed up to finish the incomplete job. She basically took the money and ran.... I had another property this weekend that will need cleaning as well as others that come up when tenants leave; Suzy Vergara will not see any of that business. Also, I am part of a real estate investment group that I will surely share this information with. She never even sent me a copy of the invoice she promised to send after multiple requests. Suzy went above and beyond what I thought was possible in cleaning up my vacant rental property. The mess was horrendous - every square inch of every room needed to be cleaned. She was not the cheapest quote I got, but she was the only one who came in person to see exactly what she would be dealing with. Based on that I was confident she would give me an accurate price where others may sound cheaper on the phone and then hike the price once they got started. I also gave her access to the lock box to let herself in and she proved to be trustworthy with the property without me needing to be there. She did such a thorough job, she was not satisfied with a few final areas and made a change to her schedule so she could come back the second day to finish, and she didn't charge me more than the original quote. First let me paint a picture of what this team of experts had to endure: My home was hit by hurricane Katrina or at least that's how I saw it when, upon returning home from work, I saw that the roof from my home had been ripped off for replacement without notice from the management company, Haven Homes and its General contractor JARS (Javier). It was a hot nearly 100 degree day and all the dust from the construction had found its way, through the open windows, into my home, causing a black and dirty waterfall of dust nearly EVERYWHERE inside my home. This was the beginning of a horrible discovery and one that would cost me time from work, mad cleaning, direct contact and constant monitoring of my pet dog who was directly effected as she was forced to breathe in the mass amounts of debris and dust falling upon her and this was only the beginning in that later I discovered the roof had filled the garage with nails, rocks, dust and shingles over the garage and all of its contents to include a cherried out 325i BMW and to make matters even worse the company is giving me hell to fix the problem they created!!! ...Enter Susy, her son and what I've come to see as little tinkerbells; There dusting, wiping and all around deep cleaning had brought my home back from the ugliness of the Katrina likened mess into a humble little home once again. After having my placed clean from a different cleaning company and not being satisfied with the results I reached out to Susana. She came to my home and looked around. She gave me a reasonable price to clean my entire apartment. I asked her for a deep clean and also to clean the oven. Susana took her time and didn't miss anything. She cleaned underneath furniture. I am writing this review to make sure that others fully inspect after their cleaning services. Susy guaranteed that the deep cleaning/move in would come out spectacular. She said the base boards were included, fans, cleaning walls, etc. The house was left very dusty from the previous owner, but that's why we hired her. First, it took her over 10 hours to clean the home, which is ridiculous for what she actually cleaned! Who takes 10 hours to clean a home?! The base boards were not cleaned, the walls had dirt on them still, the top of cabinets in the kitchen were not cleaned, some of the higher pantry shelves were not cleaned and there was so much dust on the ceiling fans. To top it off I inspected the window sills and they were full of dirt! She blamed her helper for not cleaning them. When I pointed other things out she kept saying she couldn't do it or again blamed her helper. She came to inspect the house before so if it wasn't doable then why say so. I had to go back to do all these things myself. Very sad because I paid a lot for her to give me mediocre results.
