One phone call away and Quadri came as soon as he can, or he would give you an estimate in time when to expect to come in. He is the top in service! His tone is gentle and the (tech)language is understandable. He's the professional and we trust him with what he can do best, as he is great in explaining & reporting in what the causes were and what had to be done to get it fixed, and doesn't leave until the job gets done. Cancellation with Frontier took about 17 minutes, which was ok as I understood they would try to sell me another plan with 'better' pricing. However, I still cancelled and they are charging me what was explained to me as a standard $50 for shipping and handling for me to return my equipment...when other companies offer free drop off at the end of service!
