I was expecting to spend about ten minutes to open an account - it was closer to an hour but we were in NO rush to leave! It was just an amazing introduction to a local bank and personal attention neither of us have seen in a long, long time. Beautiful offices and a very welcoming lobby with refreshments while there. We started an account just to have someplace in Omaha to turn in our change, but I expect we're going to be shifting more and more of our banking needs to Access. Horrible policies…read more Strike one I was signed up for paperless statements, but they kept sending me paper statements, when I inquired about why they said there was some problem with them Emailing me, however my email address is perfectly working fine. So I couldn't stop the paper statements from coming. Strike two - when I didn't use my credit card with them for a few months they lowered my credit limit from $8000-$500 making it completely unusable. I'm glad I just took the sign up bonus and didn't use the card much and have now closed my account with them. Doesn't sound like they know how to do business.
