Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of products for any need you have, which is nice. They regularly have sales where things are 30/40/70% off. It's an overall good option for it being the only option for medical cannabis. The one thing you should stay away from is their flower. Cam, matter, pc nursery and livwell are ALWAYS seeded. Other brands like rhythm/binske are okay sometimes, but still have this problem time to time. More than half of the flower I've bought has been seeded. This is EXTREMELY unhealthy to smoke. I was allowed to exchange a seeded OZ one time. But after that they told me "I already helped you one time" and refused to exchange flower that was un-smokable due to seeds. If your someone who doesn't care what they smoke and want the cheapest flower they can get, then this is your place. But if you care about what you put into your body, I would be wary of the flower here. The vapes are incredible, they are pricey but are worth it due to how long they last. I have sent three questions/issues and never received a response to any, or even a confirmation e-mail acknowledging that my concerns would be addressed. This was brought to the attention of the manager a few weeks ago, but I haven't received a response on that either. Definitely higher in price point, which is a major deterrent however their balm infused product for inflammation was quite helpful.

I usually don't do reviews for anything medical, but the staff here is so helpful and friendly that I'd be remiss if I didn't write them a review. First, a little back story. I have a chronic pain illness that causes my muscles to feel inflamed and constantly sore. Once chronic pain became a reason in NYS to grab yourself some medical grade, legal marijuana, I got a doctor to write me a script for it and came here immediately. It wasn't called Verilife at the time, but I digress. I've been coming here for years now and have not once had an unpleasant experience. Everyone who works here is an angel who genuinely want to help you feel better. They are vastly knowledgeable and have great recommendations when you're not sure what will help. I, personally, require both CBD and THC, which they offer as a tincture and chewable. They have a lot of products available for all types of people and their ailments. I honestly can't say enough about how great the staff is. They treat you like you matter and listen, REALLY listen! For some of us who've been brushed aside for years for complaining about our pain, this is invaluable. I have nothing further to add because I only have positive feelings for this business. This dispensary is great. The people who work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. There is an ATM onsite which is helpful because they don't take credit cards. Everyone is masked and there is hand sanitizer on every desk or table. There is lots of available parking and the building is handicapped accessible. read more

I didn't know this place was even here. I decided to stop in for some CBD oil and look around to see what else they had in CBD Obviously with social distancing it is a bit difficult to just look ...but unlike other dispensaries I have gone to there isn't a display of items available. You have to let them know what you are looking for and they bring it out. So I was a bit frustrated, because I need to see things. The staff was nice and quite patient with me though. They would come back and forth to assist and show me various options. But all in all they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The office is nice and neat. You cannot go back without providing id, they have plastic up to block direct communication at the front desk. They also had quite a few specials on a leafy app and apparently offer delivery .. I guess that may depend on the product you are able to purchase. read more

Every time I have gone in the staff has been extremely rude. I have stood at the waiting door to be checked in and ignored. The workers throughout every step have a horrible attitude. The front desk rushes you through to choose something, i have gotten items i haven't wanted just from the stress of the workers rushing me to choose a product. If it's your first time getting medical, or you struggle with anxiety with dispensaries, avoid this place. read more

This place is great! I've been going here since February '18. I love the options, the education they provide and their professionalism. They just helped me out today and I can't thank them enough. I've already recommended medical marijuana to two family members who were both previously on hydrocodone. They were approved within the last month and they're already doing so much better. Just some advice, take advantage of their deals. It's expensive as it's all out-of-pocket, however, often they'll have deals on most of their goods. The marijuana has to have an expiration date by law -- however, it doesn't actually go bad. In an effort to rid the "expiring" product, they heavily discount, typically for the entire month, and the option to save $30+/vape/etc. is available. If you buy regularly, this is a huge savings.
