I have been waiting for my c-pap supplies from this company. They were ordered and cleared through my insurance. They have stated that my insurance is inactive. I have repeatedly given them my insurance card and even called my insurance company to clear this up. There is no problem on the insurance end as Verio keeps claiming. I have sent them letters showing I have active insurance. I keep getting a no-go on my supplies. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've ordered my supplies on Amazon and paid out of pocket. This is horrible service. Good luck talking to a live person. No wonder these medical supplies keep failing. I've spend more time on the phone with my primary care physician and insurance company. Worst. Experience. Possible. I have dealt with my fair share of people so when I saw that their handling of dropping off equipment. 2 days and 18 hours late. Verio makes the 3 stooges look organized. First off there is Mary. Probably the nicest person of the bunch. She tried very hard and had a great attitude but what ever happened at that level caused cascading failure through out the company. Here are the highlights 1. Failed Promised delivery on sat. Equipment needed for some one getting out of the hospital. 2. They make you earn picking up the phone to talk to some one. I am 40 and had problems with their phone system good luck if you are elderly. 20 mins on hold (covid was blamed on the fact that they don't have enough people.) 3. Dealing with steph on the website chat- failed. When asked for a phone call. She told me she couldn't call me because she didn't have a phone. The lady who finally picked up on the phone after her said she had a phone at her desk. 4. Talk to a kind woman who said yes steph did have a phone and got me to Nick. 5. Nick the manager The guy that gave me wrong times on when it was gonna show up. Who told me that his ceo doesn't really handle problems anymore. He is a smug guy that thought I would go away. Nick your lack of compassion is shocking. Your team failed and you treated me like this wasn't your problem and no way would your team let it get this bad. 6. The delivery driver who ask the patient why do you need something you already have one. Amazing. The reason is I had to privately rent one from some one to cover all of your mistakes. It took me 6 tries to finally get through to the Optum Epic Management Group to find out why we're not receiving our supplies. My fiancé had a total larenjectomy done in April of this year. There are supplies that we have not received for two months now. These are supplies he depends on to be able to breathe properly! We cannot wait 2 months for these supplies! This is the location that my supplies coming from. They keep charging my credit card automatically every month. I called them and requested to stop doing so as well as a refund for the items that they charged me recently and they didn't send supplies. Still after almost a month and more than 7 phone calls just for the recent charge, not only they haven't sent me a refund, but also they don't know when they're going to cancel autopay and what's the refund process. I strongly want to to express my dissatisfaction with Verio Healthcare and more stronger, I requested my insurance not to order any of my supplies from them anymore. Their trick is: they charge first, then they put the account on hold because of lack of information, after six to eight weeks they deny and start a process of refund that may take eight additional weeks. read more

11 months after the fact the owner reached out to me via private message. He spoke of wanting further details, providing reimbursement for my time and expressed regret for my experience. The whole thing came across as legal boilerplate and why bother after so much time had passed? It provided a name and phone number. So I left a message, bring blunt both about how I felt about the company and my reservations about this "inquiry". Eric S called me the next business day. He explained they are putting together a focus group for feedback about problems customers have encountered. When I asked why after so much time had passed did they reach out to me he claimed they had been unaware this location was on Yelp. I told him I didn't see what further details were needed as my review throughly detailed the multiple problems I encountered due to their poor customer service. He did mention they just acquired a competitor which had shut down. Implied was the merger has resulted in integration challenges. We went round and round before he exploded and bitterly denounced the temerity of my posting a scathing review on Yelp for everyone in the world to see instead of calling to speak with the owner and work things out. Now I was incensed! I was supposed to have called the dysfunctional customer service requesting to speak with the owner? Why would I have even thought that would result in anything other than lengthy holds with perhaps a chance eventually to leave a voice mail message that would be ignored? Who would waste their time doing that? It was even unclear if he was reaching out to other reviewers who encountered problems to grasp the whole extent of the situation. I finally told Eric S he is the problem. He seems totally out of touch with what is going on with his company and chasing his tail instead of taking the bull by the horns. All he needs to do is read the rash of recent 1 star reviews on the various Verio Healthcare locations listed on Yelp. Long holds, incompetent staff, messed up accounting, dropped calls. One has the impression of a downward spiral and maybe before long it will be Verio being bought by a competitor. The call ended badly. And so frustrating as I had no confidence anything I tried to say got through. read more

I was told by verio Healthcare that I was a waiting list for measuring my blood oxygen level. It has been 2 weeks, and no one has contacted me. When I called customer service, Bobbi was confrontational. I asked to talk to a supervisor and put on hold for 5 minutes, and when she came back, she told me that all managers were too busy. Bobbie was very unfriendly from the beginning of the call and made many accusations about the level of my voice. I told he that is my voice, and I could not yell because I just recently had to throat surgeries. She was confrontational from the beginning of the phone call. read more

I guess you can't ever get a hold of anyone at this place, my mom has called for a bad billing statement and for them to fix but gets put on hold and waits for an hour and call drops. I spoke this morning to Ms. Elsa Robles regarding my CPAP machine supplies. She was really helpful. She went through the written supplies I needed on the authorization paper that my doctor prescribed. She made sure that I was qualified to receive all the supplies written on the authorization. She also told me that I was qualified to replace my water chamber on the machine (every 6 months) which I did not know. She was really helpful. This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I call to order supplies, the order is screwed up and I am forced to call back, wait longer for supplies, and usually somehow blamed for their mistakes. They will take no responsibility for their lack of service or follow through. I am forced to deal with them because of the insurance I have. My mother, her six kids, and 11 grandkids are all very grateful to Verio for the speed, expertise, and understanding with which they helped our 85 yr old mother get the medical equipment she needed. There was a mistake in the processing of my mother's order by her insurance company and the medical institution ordering her medical equipment. We are so happy she is being discharged tomorrow, but due to problems with insurance and medical institution, we were in a panic because she had no walker, no portable commode, no bed, and no shower bench so that she could move, sleep, go to the bathroom, and bathe safely. Verio came through for us and helped us navigate and expedite the process to take care of our mother. Their delivery came right on time today. Nick's initiative, knowledge, experience, and understanding of what needed to get done and how to do it showed a high level of excellence and expertise. This is a Positive Review for Cole Roman | Customer Care Specialist Today, July 18, 2019, I called Verio and left a message on Cole's extension. I was amazed when Cole returned my call within an hour or two. I had asked Cole what I needed, which is the list of my monthly supplies including the new equipments that I just recently received. I had explain to Cole that I need the names and the codes and the description for each items so it would be easier for us who are not familiar with medical jargon to comprehend and understand what they were. In less than a minute, the entire list was emailed to me. This is a list of more than 20 different products that I get every month. What was more impressive was the way each product was itemized with quantity, code, serial numbers, product name and brief description for each product. Verio should be proud of Cole and the way he serve the customers. He was prompt and he follow through as promised. This is not the first time I've requested assistance from Cole. Needless to say, Cole always go an extra mile to make sure my request were met and any issues I had were resolved in a satisfactory manner. Apparently billing JUST got around to doing their billing from SEVEN MONTHS ago and since my insurance changed last month, they can't figure out submitting the bills to the insurance I had SEVEN MONTHS ago so they want me to pay the medical bills. This on equipment that actually was supposed to be billed A YEAR AGO... actually, year and a half ago - its October and it should have been done a year ago last July. Yup. I have been using Verio Healthcare for almost 3 years now for my wound care and about 6 months now for my Oxygen, and they are amazing. I love the person I work with, Beth Ann Beine, and now call her Bethie when I talk to her. I always get my products on time, they are always super helpful when I ask about suggestions, for my wound care or for anything else. They also always help me when I need to put in referrals for instance if my primary care doctors referral person is having problems with putting info. in correctly they will call to help the referral person. This review is for the girls (ELSA and ESTELA) at the Palmdale, CA. branch. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are at least 12;s maybe more. Both of these ladies went over and above the normal duties to insure that my oxygen concentrator was delivered in an urgent time frame and made suggestions how to cope with not having one. They were always friendly and a pleasure to speak with. They answered all my questions and made me feel secure and not just a number. I wish some of the Dr's, staff knew as much about their jobs as the two ladies do, it would have made the process go easier. Kudos and a big shout out to these remarkable young women. My primary care physician authorized a cane from this facility for which I called to make that order a month ago. Called today to follow up. Of course the order was never processed. I purchased my own cane. In any case, if a patient needs a cane, wouldn't it make sense to expedite that order? I made a point speaking to customer service that how many patients who cannot afford their own canes could be affected by their negligence? I hope to find a way to report this to the medical group they're associated with. Verio Healthcare needs to be closed down. This is not the location I was referred to because it's not on Yelp. I receive supplies from Verio and in the past have had to call every month to ensure they'd be sent before I ran out. This time I was fortunate enough to speak with April who not only rectified some errors in my account, but set me up for everything my insurance allowed (90 day vs 30 day supply, etc.). I'm not sure if this is the location that David works at, but if it is, he is amazing. We had been calling the doctors office for over 2 weeks trying to get oxygen that my mom needed. I called Verio and David answered. When I explained what was going on, he called the doctor and got everything moving along. We finally got my moms oxygen that day! I can't praise David enough for escalating the request at the doctors. We had been waiting on authorization and other things and I would call the doctors office every day and they would check and say they we're working on it. David got it done in one day. I want to give the biggest shout out to Crista from the corporate office for an excellent customer service. She really went out of her way to accommodate my special needs. I really wanted to take the time to write and shout out to everyone how amazing my experience has been with this company. Last week I spoke with Ingrid two separate times. She was so sincere, patient, genuine and just a light in my day both times I spoke to her. I almost didn't want to hang up. My second call took a long time trying to problem solve an issue with my mom's doctor office but Ingrid was so sweet and caring. I had her on speaker phone and my son even commented on how sweet and kind and helpful she was. I had to call back today and spoke with Monica, who was so sweet and patient with me as well.
