During our most recent transaction in Ogden, Utah I experienced what I believe to be a lack of transparency regarding the contract terms. When concerns were raised, I was told, "it is not my fault you did not read the contract," rather than receiving any effort to clarify or resolve the situation. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the long-standing relationship and trust that had been established. The situation escalated further when both Mark and his broker Shawn Jenke became involved. As a result of the issues surrounding the contract and how the transaction was handled, I ultimately had to pay an additional $3,000 to the buyer of the home in order to resolve the matter. Due to this experience, I can no longer recommend Mark to friends or family. I believe it is important for others to be aware of my experience when considering working with him.
