This was a month ago. Well since then my son has only gone to one session and thats because of the tutor he has is no longer a junior tutor but now a "premier" tutor and I should now have to pay the "premier" price for the same service. Well, I said no thank you find me another tutor and they did. Well my son really liked this tutor so we were all happy cuz that in it of itself is a task. Had one session, then I get an email from the school about a tutor leaving junior tutor to premier and to be happy for this person. Like I truly care. So low and behold I get a call saying that my tutor for my son cant tutor him unless I pay more money. I own a plumbing business if my journeyman plumber became a mater plumber in the middle of your job I cant charge you more money. Thats not your expense. So now I reported this to the BBB spoke to my attorney and sure enough this is not the way one conducts business. So please if you have your child here and they try to pull this bait and switch dont fall for it and know it's not legal

We've been with Huntington Education for almost a year now, and I can honestly say the experience…read morehas been incredibly encouraging for our son. Math has always been a sore spot for him--especially with his slower processing speed--but the support, patience, and structure provided by the Huntington team has made a difference in both his skills and, more importantly, his willingness to keep trying. What stands out most is the level of personal investment the instructors make in each student. Mr. Justin, in particular, has gone out of his way to understand how my son learns and where he needs extra reinforcement. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all program; it's truly tailored support that meets him where he's at and helps him move forward at his pace. As a parent, my biggest concern has always been that he not only improves academically, but also feels capable of keeping up with his peers--and Huntington has been key in helping us move toward that goal. I trust their approach, and we're fully committed to continuing with their program. I can't recommend Huntington Education enough. They've been a steady and positive partner for our family.

My son is currently 8th Grade in a private school in Pasadena and has been going to Huntington for…read moreover one year now. He has been taking pre algebra and now Algebra with Ms. Liu. The math skills and techniques are being taking t here is no doubt one of the simplest. On top of that there is weekly home work packets go home with the students for them to practice the techniques taught in the classroom. The teacher will review the homework during the class. My son is not a natural hard working student. It is challenging to keep him from distractions. Ms. Liu has been keep us updated with his progress (up and downs) and also giving us reminders on how to keep track of his homework etc. I believe if your children are willing to get help and do some extra work outside of their schools, you will see progresses. And communicating with the teachers are very important as well!

This is a review for LIVE online course including my reviews for all instructors and Blue Print…read more(BP) LSAT staffs. Before I signed up: Early in January this year, I emailed BP if they offered student discount. They did but you had to go to their on campus event, which I did. And I emailed them asking if I was eligible to receive discount. The team member Krysta replied me and asked my name so she could verify my name on their sign-in sheet. She couldn't find my name (don't know why but I did) so she rejected to give me a discount code. Didn't really feel she's helpful. One month later, when I almost wanted to sign up another prep course company, I received their email about promotion code for signing up their course. I used the code but there's a bug on my account and I couldn't see the course showed on the home page. The other team members, who were really friendly and responded to my question fast. During the prep course months, they are very open to my feedback. BTW, I personally really like the recorded online course as secondary study materials. They just need to have someone really proofread and double check the courses, small errors like bugs in the videos, typos, notes doesn't match the instructor's words, suggestions on improvement for the courses. For the live online course: you have access to two live courses, recorded courses, homework (with video explanations), and office hours, which are host by different instructors (I found my favorite instructors there! love their office hours) I don't feel there are much different than in person class. I can enjoy eating my dinner with my pajama while taking the class. I can come back and rewatch the live recorded courses if I have any questions on certain topics. The instructors I have Jelena Woehr as my instructor. She's nice. However, I found that her voice is tooooo sofffttt that almost makes me want to fall asleep every time I take her class. She doesn't have many notes from herself like other instructors (will talk about it later) I didn't really learn much from her, because mostly she goes over the book. Missed 3 or 4? out of 12 courses (replaced by Dylan, who I found is the best! ). For other instructors, my reviews for them are based on office hours mostly. I love office hours and I think it will be a great if BP can open some free office hours for people who want to sign up the course and find the instructor they like. Jelena's course time was the best that can work for my schedule when I signed up, and I had no clue which instructor is better for live online course. If I knew whose class I wanted to take, I would sign up for the instructor's courses that I was sure to take. - Instructor Dylan Gadek: 5 stars! he sub for Jelena 3 courses and I found that he has great knowledge of what he's teaching. Funny guy. his class is very structure. has lots of his own notes and methods. you clearly know what you expected to learn from each of his class. I am still taking ALL his office hours. He's been teaching LSAT for years, and he used to teach MCAT. I found that LR & RC are his strongest part of teaching. - Instructor Chris Whyte: 5 Stars. He and Dylan are the top 1 instructor at BP from my opinion. He's really good at LG and RC. really knows what he's talking about and well prepared for every office hours. - Instructor Kyle: hmmmm..... I took his office hours for digital LSAT 101 topic. I am not sure if he's not prepared or what, the whole video, he seemed like really don't know what happened. 90% of time he said: hmmm.. but.. yea..." and he said "I don't what I am talking about lol " I had to use 1.5 x SPEED to listen his whole video. In the video he seemed like he's just reading the scripts? not really well prepared for this office hours. If I watch this video before signing up the course, I would not choose him as my instructor because I really don't want to spend money on instructors who are not prepared for the course. OMG, I wrote too much.. I need to take a break. The class is almost over, but I will still do their monthly subscription, just for their office hours. I will come back and updates the rest of the other instructors and this live online course reveiw. If you read through here, would you mind give me a like so I know there IS/ARE person/people reading my review, and I will come back finishing it just for those people?
