    One of the worst stores ever. First off, I have never had tempered glass before and decided to go…read moreahead with it and right away that cracked after a week and a half that cost $50.00. I have had multiple phones and this has never happened to my screen. It has a lifetime warranty that you have to pay $10.00 to get it fixed. I have had this phone for a week and a half. I tried to return the $65.00 case they said without packaging I can't return anything. I have this charger that I would like to return and can't do that without the original packaging. I know I was rude but, that is frustrating. Not to mention the person working there was absolutely rude, watching the football game and eating as i'm talking to him. Which is extremely rude. Not to mention we couldn't get ahold of the manager because he wasn't there. So, asks me if I can come back, it was about 7:30 I said don't you close at 8 Pm, he says yeah. So, you want me to go home and back so that you have time for your manager to text me.

But they would not process the trade in. They said we would get a label to process it. 1 day, then 2 days... no label. Called ATT with the order number. 'oh no label was in the queue to send you for the trade in'. The online rep got us a label and said to mail it in or take it to the ATT store. We tried to take it to this original store and they said we had to take it to a corporate store or the post office. They were the ones who did not want to do the trade in process. So they only want to sell. So now I hope the trade in goes through. ****** Warning: Go to a real corporate store and not this Albany ATT Store ********

    Matt Fegette- literally a rockstar…read more Talked to him at the Oregon state fair about an issue I had in Vancouver Washington that I truly believed he could not help with. Turns out he could! He was sooo helpful with getting me set up with an internet I could actually use since the one the Vancouver team originally set me up with wasn't meant to work in my apartment. I was over a week with out internet because of the Vancouver team and as soon as Matt started helping me, the next day I had my internet set up and running. He was more than happy to help and was just such a great person to interact and get help from. I can only imagine all his employees are trained just as well. 5-star all around!

    I wanted to add a new line to my Verizon cell phone plan. I went to the Verizon Victra store…read morelocated on 1365 Clay Street, Suite A, Albany, OR. I talked to Eric, the employee who patiently listened to my intention and explained to me my options. At the end of my first visit, i had a good idea but did not make any changes to my phone service. I told Eric I wanted to digest what he told me and I would come back to meet with him. When I returned after a few days, Eric was out of office. I was helped by another employee. I added a new line / phone. I chose an iphone because I have never own one. I also traded my wife's phone with a new phone. I keep my old phone. I thought things were all set up. But, they were not. All the 3 lines were not receiving network services. My wife and I returned to the store a couples of days later. Eric was in when we returned. Thanks to Eric, he helped us to contact Verizon and found the lines were not set up. Eric worked with the Verizon tech support to set up the services for us. It told about 2 hours to get things going. Eric gave up his lunch time to work on the issues for us. He is really a dedicated and knowledgeable in his job. I would recommend to my families & friends who need any mobile service to go to this Victra store and ask for Eric. Thank you Eric!     I feel compelled to take the time to write this post. I have been in business for almost 15 years…read moreand I always try to be honest and fair, and realize I can't make everyone happy.... But I have always been professional. I just want to share my experience at ATC's ... Because reading some of these reviews.... I think it's important to share how Tim has been nothing but professional,extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly honest. My computer crashed when I was preparing for a lecture. My plug in no longer worked, and multiple viruses slowed my computer to a hault! With the lecture only two weeks away. Tim repaired my computer and replaced the entire screen and shell of the computer because I damaged mine. But instead of having to buy a brand new item. He had a refurbished laptop frame that was practically brand new at a steal of a deal! His honesty is what I value most. When I came to pay for the cost, it was less then what he estimated !!! So i get my computer back a week later , and I accidentally sat on the laptop and fractured the monitor! Lol, but seriously , Tim rushed ordered a new screen in two days and installed it for me for free. I just paid for the screen itself! Now that's honesty! And I was able to give my lecture to my colleagues! So Tim, thank you for all you do, you have a loyal customer and I will be referring my colleagues and friends to you Thank you Joe

This is how the owner talks to his customers. As the owner, I must reiterate that we are appointment-only and not open to the public. Today's slots were booked in December, and we cannot accommodate walk-ins or same-day requests. I have already provided approximately three hours of uncharged work in good faith. Our hours, availability, and policies have been clearly communicated multiple times. Continuing to argue or challenge them needs to stop. If this continues, I will need to begin charging for my time, and I may have to discontinue our engagement in charge you for the time spent. As the owner, I've already informed you that your item will be ready for pickup on Monday. If you continue to contact me or pursue this matter further before then, I will begin charging for the approximately three hours of uncharged time I have already provided. You have been warned. Any reply to this message other than "Sounds good, see you Monday" will result in me instituting that charge immediately. Please respect this boundary. I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever.
