This is a standard Radio Shack with all the regular Radio Shacky things in it. Apparently they don't have as much inventory as the Corvallis Radio Shack since I'm often sent there for things they don't have in stock. Being a huge nerd, I spend way too much time and money in this store. Of course, the one incident that really stands out there is the bad one. I needed to switch cell phone providers since T-Mobile had horrible coverage at the time and the clerk there told me outright LIES to get me to sign up for cell phone service with him. Apparently he was just blindly saying yes to all my questions to get me to sign up, even though my cell phone couldn't do anything that he claimed such as bluetooth file syncing and tethering to my laptop for internet. So watch out for the shifty salesmen there! Overall it's a nice store and what you'd expect from a Radio Shack.

I talked to Eric, the employee who patiently listened to my intention and explained to me my options. At the end of my first visit, i had a good idea but did not make any changes to my phone service. I told Eric I wanted to digest what he told me and I would come back to meet with him. When I returned after a few days, Eric was out of office. I was helped by another employee. I added a new line / phone. I chose an iphone because I have never own one. I also traded my wife's phone with a new phone. I keep my old phone. I thought things were all set up. But, they were not. All the 3 lines were not receiving network services. My wife and I returned to the store a couples of days later. Eric was in when we returned. Thanks to Eric, he helped us to contact Verizon and found the lines were not set up. Eric worked with the Verizon tech support to set up the services for us. It told about 2 hours to get things going. Eric gave up his lunch time to work on the issues for us. He is really a dedicated and knowledgeable in his job. Really if your experiencing a computer issue and you need real knowledgeable help from someone who actually cares about the quality of the service being provided as well as making sure that he is not taking you to the cleaners then I would definitely bring your computer here.
