Been here several times to get old car keys copied, reasonable prices and good cuts BUT, woefully inadequate Covid safety practices. Employees not wearing masks, no limits to number of customers in the tiny room at a time. I got my key copied by a guy with no mask who stood so close I could feel his breath on my face. Then he told me to wait for another employee to process my card and in the meantime 2 more people came in for a total 5 people in one tiny room with 3 masks between us. Not safe, don't go there. Use Oregon Sate Lock and Key instead, he's mobile and will meet you at whatever time you like and he charges less. read more

I needed a couple of keys made, duplicating a less common key type. They had the blank keys and ability to do it. We tested them and he helped clean out the locks when the keys didn't seem right. Final outcome was that they work fine at no extra charge! They were very busy when I was there but they prioritized waiting on the customers in the store first. read more

To Cassandra that posted the other review. Floyd probably didn't get back to you, because he died, and yes that's darn unprofessional of him and rude not to let his customers know. Floyd was a great guy. Now for the new guy, I went there to try to get something done (keys made) Myself and another 2 guys were standing in line at the counter, and he kept taking phone calls while basically not helping us. He took at least 3 phone calls (inquiries, we could hear them) and ignored we cash customers standing there waiting to buy something, while he carried on rather long conversations on the phone, hung up, answered another, etc. Dang I hate that. This company gave my husband a quote on Monday, said he'd be here at 5pm on Monday, it is now Wednesday at 8am and he never showed up or contacted us. We have tried calling several times with no answer and his mailbox is full. Unprofessional and RUDE. read more

Super friendly service. I was scared it would be expensive and complicated getting a copy of my car key (2008 Toyota Yaris), but it was only $4 and took about 5 minutes! The owner made sure I tested my copy car key to ensure it unlocked the doors and turned on the ignition! Very helpful, super easy. read more
