So my experience with this location started 2 years ago (as a headsup, I am now on year 3 of service). 2 years ago when I first called, I was waiting in line to pick my kiddo up from school; I literally called only because I wanted information, I made sure to let the rep know (because I didn't want to waste their time, but wanted them to know I just wanted information and that there was a possibility that a sale would NOT come from this). They were super kind about it and we probably spent about 20 minutes going back and forth- me with all my questions, and Monica with all her answers (and patience). The call went so well that I decided I would come in and just see what Verizon could ACTUALLY be able to provide me (deals, plans, prices, devices, etc.) Monica was a stand-out employee. As we were sitting there figuring everything out, my kiddo and I were having our side-conversations about things, and that's when Monica realized and suggested we look into adding a connected tablet (not only would I be able to implement and integrate it's use into my business, but kiddo would be able to play Fortnite whenever and wherever we were (Fortnite was LIFE for him and his buddies at the time, so yeah, it only made sense to add such a powerful device at such little cost). Having been in sales before, being in business currently, I respected and appreciated the way Monica listened and suggested, never pressing or pushing- I never once felt like a dollar-sign/account. A simple 20 minute call turned to a full-blown new client. And now we skip to today, 2026. Last week I decided I needed to add some services, and was playing with the app. Since I accidentally left stuff in my cart, Verizon picked it up and had a service agent call and asked if I wanted help...I did, but I'd rather speak to someone I know wouldn't see me simply as an additional account- SO, I checked to see if Monica was still at the same location...SHE WAS! So of course, she took all my questions AGAIN. Answered every doubt I had, and again, I headed straight to the Verizon store. The staff here is very friendly; the gentleman at the front desk immediately jumped up to greet me, I let him know I was there to speak with Monica and he connected me with her. So now, here we are with additional services, and extremely happy to still be with Verizon. The service is great, whether we head down South, or up North, we always have service on our phones and tablet. Home internet speeds are always phenomenal (there was one time where we had issues at home, but I wasn't there. Grandparents called asking for help, and I was able to fix everything straight from my phone, I loved it!). But most importantly, I know that Monica and her team here the American Canyon branch has the best in mind for their customers. I will continue to stay with them, and will continue to give them my business. read more

I started at the Napa store and couldn't get out of there fast enough. As soon as I entered the store at American Canyon, I felt so welcomed. Alfredo was knowledgeable, articulate, thoughtful, and kind. He set me up with the phone and service plan I needed. Kudos also to Nichole. I am not sure if she was in the store at the time, but she followed through as a customer service representative. Great team! read more

BEWARE WHEN BUYING A PHONE I was charged tax and a $40 device set-up fee even though the service was not actually performed. They had me sign and pay upfront, and when I pointed out that the setup wasn't done, they refused to issue a refund. This is very disappointing and feels deceptive. Check all fees carefully before you agree to anything--you may be charged for services you don't receive. I contacted both customer service and the store, and both representatives informed me that the service is non-refundable, even though it was not provided. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation again, as I believe I should not be charged for a service I didn't get. I should be able to receive a refund to my original payment method, not store credit, since this was a mistake made by your representative. 10/21/25: I did contact customer service, but no one has responded to my email from 6 days ago. The feedback I received was just automated, so it doesn't look like they're actually helping. so good luck with that!! read more

I came in here looking for a new phone since my old one was bugging out, ended up leaving with 3 new phones for the whole family with not much change to my bill. Alfredo and Edwin were very knowledgeable, attentive and were thorough with all my questions and concerns they definitely made the experience very smooth for me. We visited the store to upgrade our phones on October 27th. The person that helped us was Aiden Pester. Throughout the entire visit, Aiden displayed no knowledge of customer services and had no clue about Apple products. He claimed that he is using Android phone so he is unfamiliar with iPhone. Fast forward, after he tried explaining what it was that he was trying to sell us, we finally agreed to upgrade two lines, one with a 14, and another with a 15, which we had to wait because they did not have any in stock at the time. He promised that he would call when the phone arrived. Going back to the iPhone 14, after discussing back and forth, he said that if we get the iPhone 14 today, he would throw in a phone case, a screen protector, and charger for free. We repeatedly told him we did not need all those accessories. He finally convinced us to take the items anyway since they were free. Several weeks passed and still no phone calls from him regarding the arrival of the phone. We are busy individuals and didn't have time to stop by until our day off, which was yesterday, 12/26/23. The person that helped us this time was Edwin Roldan. It was at this time that Edwin pointed out that Aiden charged us for all the accessories, it wasn't free. He was a complete lie. read more

I had a technical problem with my iPhone 11. I stopped at this Verizon store in my town and Edwin helped me. The problem took about 30 min to troubleshoot, but he was patient and persistent, and was able to fix it for me. read more

I went to the Verizon store today in American Canyon for an issue with my cell phone. I have previously gone to this store due to recommendations and received great service. Today, once again, did not disappoint. Gian greeted me immediately and he and another team member fixed my issue quickly. Gian also recommended ways of saving on my monthly bill and upgrading my phone to a newer version. this is something I'll definitely consider. thank you for your superb service. read more

If I can rate no star for this Verizon FRANCHISE I will give it 0 STAR, I also found out this store is not even part of VERIZON corporate, it is a Franchise. I had a terrible, unacceptable rudeness experience from the store manager named ISAIAH, considering I was with my minor daughter, I also think he does not like ASIANS. I wish I could write a letter to the owner of this store to report how his manager ISAIAH treated a long time VERIZON customer. I reported to corporate how he was so rude , traumatized my daughter and threathened us to be arrested by calling the police. There are videos in the store that can prove how he treated us that can prove, look at the picture below, he was looking into his cellphone while he talks to us with a very sarcastic look. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE they dont even care even you're with a minor child, ISAIAH does not deserve the title manager because he did not fix the error of his employee when they process the trade in transaction. read more

Each time we had great service. therefore we chose this store when we wanted to purchase new phones this week. My phone had water damage so I went in 10 minutes to closing time and Will took care of me. Will stayed 2 hours past closing time to make sure I left with a phone. Will is very new but is an excellent employee. Verizon business customer support hung up on him and he was very cool and collected about it, even though I was steaming from my ears lol. Had the worst experience from this store. It is not a corporate verizon store. Customer service just horrible. Staff should know city sales tax and should specify "bundle" prices so you know what you are paying for. When i asked how much the sales tax for the phone he said he doesn't know and did not provide how much the bundle price that goes with the phone and just told me how much i have to pay. I wanted to leave the store and cancel the transactions. He said i can't do it cuz i already signed for trade. My worst experience since I joined verizon in 2005. I would never come back to this store. In fairness I met two people that were very helpful kyle and Christian but were not around when i came back. read more

I had my mother's phone line on my account. She passed away last December and had trouble dealing with it until now. The sales person was very patient and personable. Helped me with different options and helped me come to the conclusion of being able to keep the phone but transfer the line for a different family member. I really appreciate the time he took. I took my iPhone in and after waiting an hour because I was a walk in I told him it was dead and needed a new one. He sold me one never looking at the one I brought in with me. After getting home I tried charging my old one with the new charger cord and WOW it charged. I'm in my 70's and didn't know It could be the Cord. Too bad he never tried it. Next day I had to take the new one back and paid 50.00$ restocking fee. Hard on Social Security, too bad he never he never checked the one I brought with me. So I tried to call on my original iPhone and kept getting Verizon messages not connecting try again later. After a day and 10 plus tries and it not working my Daughter told me to contact Verizon because the guy who took the new one back and Charged me 50.00 dollars Never turned my phone back on. Wouldn't you think they would help you with that? Not just because I'm a Senior Citizen, but everyone! I spent a stressful 3 Days dealing with this and threw away 50.00 dollars. read more
