Small town also means that they act like neighbors and you may get updates on their kids' and grandkids' Middle School accomplishments and/or a little unprompted dose of their views on the state of politics and economics. We went in a couple weeks earlier to appliance shop, fully intending to buy local, and here, based on that first experience. From ordering, comparing prices, advice and knowledgable input, the staff here are great. So were the guys who deliver the stuff to our house. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who became our favorite person there. She's easy to spot. She'll be the very professional and efficient woman quietly working away at a computer, phone, pile of papers, or diligently helping a customer or another employee. It's and obviously former Staples building and the perfect showroom for appliances, kitchen setups, and beds. I am sure that this will be our first stop in the future when we inevitably need something like that repaired or replaced. Several employees seemed confident and willing to suggest that they could repair our old stuff, too. Or haul it off for us. Shop with confidence here.

One person seeming to do inventory did not look up or speak to us. One older gentleman walked past, barely spoke and walked on by. After 30 minutes we left. It is a pity as we wanted to outfit out new home with top of the line products. We won't be back and they probably lost a $20,000 sale today.

In the end it was a problem with the type of tri band wi-fi conflicting with my dual-band wireless adapter. Which was indeed what AER and his amazing IT department found was the issue. I said I wont but to no avail. So because I refuse to give my ss# and unlock my credit I can't buy the streaming service. My info has been found on the dark web from 2 companies that did not protect my info as well as I have been doing. T Mobile has had customer data breaches in 2021 and 2017 and it affected millions and millions of their customers info. WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM MY INFO IF THEY CANNOT PROTECT IT???!!!!! I think their practice is totally unreasonable since they cannot protect me and clearly they don't care because they still insist people give them that info.
