Maybe that's just me?

Kolby not only was a God send, he was patient and understanding and said he could fix it but he would have to order a device. He had the device ordered and was able to transfer everything with no problem plus saved me a lot of money. If you have any issues with your phone, I would highly recommend going by there and speaking to Kolby before giving up hope. I can not thank them enough for helping me with the debacle that my Samsung flip phone went through and saving my photos, videos and everything else that I had on it.
