They also pressured me for my password even after I explained that my computer contains sensitive client banking data, then backtracked and said they didn't need it. For that, they charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning and repaste. Their Google page doesn't even list a proper address, which is concerning for a repair shop. Unprofessional, disorganized, overpriced, disrespectful, and completely lacking in understanding for people with disabilities. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
