I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. When I initially called to get a quote, I was given one number by one person. I agreed to that rate and received my confirmation after giving my down payment. The day before my move, I still hadn't heard from them regarding what time the movers would arrive. When I called to inquire, I was told that my original quote was wrong and that I would have to pay around $200 more. I was irritated, but was already set to move the next day, so I agreed to the new quote from this new person. The movers arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time (not their fault, once again the fault of the company), and they were LOVELY. Such nice men, friendly, and did an excellent job. After they had finished, I received a call from yet again a different person asking to settle my payment. This time, it was FIVE HUNDRED more than my initial quote. I was baffled. I explained to this new person my situation, what the previous two people had told me, and why I certainly wasn't going to agree to pay that much more. She understood, talked to someone else, and lowered the price back down closer to my 2nd quote (still higher than the original). I would never recommend this company.
