Hello everyone, I'd like to share my positive experience with a business Verizon sales representative Dev Patel in the Verizon Chester location. A while back I was in the market for a new phone plan for my business lines and decided to call Verizon for assistance. I was connected to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales representative (Dev Patel) who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. I would like to thank the representative for his assistance and highly recommend Dev to anyone looking for a new phone plan. Our sales rep Cory Andrews was wonderful! We purchased our phones from him 4 years ago and just purchased new IPhone 4 pros. We had so many questions about the new phones and he answered all our questions. He is always there for us. Sales rep C.J. Bradley is a true example of a dedicated professional. He not only worked tirelessly to assist us in upgrading our phone and service, he did so while simultaneously helping another customer due to a high number of people in the store. And to make the matter even more challenging, C.J. did all of this while being on hold with Verizon support for over 1.5 hours trying to get the other customer's situation squared away. Multitasking excellence, while maintaining a pleasant, professional attitude. Even when our transaction encountered technical issues, he immediately contacted Verizon support on a second line and got the problem resolved through superior subject matter knowledge and patience. Remember, he is doing all of this while working a separate issue for another customer. His tireless dedication to customer service is a rare platinum standard these days. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service I have received by Daniel DeBrow at this location. Daniel has been handling my business account for many years and I can always count on him to answer my questions, handle any account issues, preorder phones and add employees to my account. The store is very clean and COVID safety prepared which is important to me being immunocompromised. Lovin my new phone! read more

When I got my new phone a couple of days ago this is where I went. The place is clean and open and never crowded. They have a good selection of phones on display and in stock. Now they lack in some accessories like Blue tooth ear pieces and not a great selection of phone cases either. But the folks working here are good at what they do. Like get your phone setup right and if you have trouble with something working on the phone usually they can fix it. So when I need my next phone this is where I will be going. read more

I have always loved this store but the last few days have unfortunately changed my opinion. Lost a phone . . . bought a phone . . . found my phone all within a couple of hours. Sales rep was polite when I bought my phone but had little interest in helping me possibly locate my lost phone and even less interest in my suggestions that could possibly have avoided the whole situation. Returning the new phone after using it for one day was equally frustrating. Would perhaps go back simply because it is much nicer than most other Verizon stores, but would certainly hope for better customer service and less arrogance. read more

I found this sales representative very friendly and helpful in making the decision that I wanted to make regarding the choice of a new phone. If you feel the need to purchase a Verizon product,go to a full corporate store.This store charged $80 to do an upgrade on 2 phones.They never disclosed that they charge a setup fee (non refundable).Save yourself the fee and go to a real Verizon store. Secondly added insurance to both plans that never had such, without explanation of services.Very sketchy sales pratices. read more

This is a store that is singularly focused on selling any device, rather then the one properly suitable for the customer. They make spiff's off selling a specific device, even if it means it'll not be what the customer needs or want, or provide the quality they need. Jeremy doesn't fully understand the promotions available to customers and therefor shortcuts customer experience and satisfaction. He's unethical and has a lot to learn. read more

I have been a customer for 15+ years, and I must say that Alex has been the nicest associate I have had the pleasure of working with. He was very patient with my numerous questions and was eager to help me find the plan that best suited my needs. He walked me through a number of things and even directed me with a way to get things fixed that he couldn't have done in the store.
