Let me start by saying the staff is friendly and the phones not bad. But…read more... I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

I lost my voice at my job and had come in to transfer my data to my new phone. The person working showed no compassion and expected me to squeak out what I needed instead of trying to accommodate my situation. He helped me with the data transfer and then I needed help with the phone trade that was supposed to have been processed with my online order for my new phone and then said they don't do phone trades. He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.

Theres always only 2 sometimes 3 guys working and they take forever to get to you.. However... Once they Do...They get the job done. I normally wait to see the same guy , cant remember his name.. But he is very knowledgeable about the service and products. I think of him as my go-to guy. If I had to point out one thing they need to do better it would be to put some darn chairs inside so people that are waiting can sit down.

I called the 800 customer service number yesterday. The agent told me to delete the SIM cards. When I did that, I had no service for almost 16 hours. Luckily, I had a seasoned employee, Jackson, who saw the problem and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Jackson is a tremendous value to Xfinity. I have never had a business admit that they gave me false information and then refuse to attempt to work with me to find a solution. They refused to make any exceptions or compromises after admitting they gave me false information about the plan/billing. They would rather lose a long time customer than try to come to some resolution, even after admitting they gave me false information. Horrible, horrible customer service.

So i get a call from him the next evening he is on his way so i waited for him he ended up going to my old address which didnt make sense when you confirmed my address the day before so he hung up on me and told me he isn't delivering it to me the attorneys can deal with it . I tried to call back this morning he yelled at me and hung up on me.. great customer service NOT!!!!!! Very very rude!!!
