Been here a couple of times. First was because my wife broke the screen on her iPhone 7. The latest time was because the battery was swollen and not charging on the iPhone 6 that we use for a home phone. Both repairs were completed by a young guy, very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he even laughed at my bad jokes. Both repair were completed in less than 30 minutes. My wife's phone repair cost $80 and she's had no problems at all since the repair ( about 2 months). The battery on the other phone was done for $45. Parts were $25 and labor $20. Verizon wanted $40 just for their battery! Definitely recommend iRite to anyone who needs their iPhone repaired. read more

Would not recommend this place at all. Brought my iPhone 14 pro max in to replace screen on 9/28 which was working fine without any issues, when it was time to pick it up, he told me he would have to put the premium screen on which was $70 more because it was cutting on and off and running hot the sign saying phone is too hot to use. after changing it, it made it worse, and I could not use my phone at all. Monday, I take it back to get looked at and he says it was water damage and that it may be battery or charger port. I took it to two other repair shops who says it's not water damaged, and the phone did cut on when they all plugged it in. The guy who originally worked on my phone messed it up by wrong screen or screw and blames it on water damage. I take it back to get refund because on the receipt it has a return policy and the associate who worked the shift 9/29 tried to argue with me that it was water damaged. I asked to speak with a manger, and he refused to give me the number or call him he said I could speak with him as in the associate. or call the other store, that's very unprofessional especially if I'm asking. Sign said 20-30 minutes for screen repair. It was done quick fast and right. I cracked the screen on my iPhone 6. It cost 91.85 with tax. The guy working was polite. We cracked a few jokes. He laughed at my terrible dad joke. Think his name was Lee. All and all I was in and out like I thought. So I was happy with that. It was around 10:30 on a Thursday. If you have a cracked phone screen, go somewhere else to get it repaired, even the Apple store is worth the trip compared to this place. I had a shattered phone screen and went to go get the phone screen replaced. After receiving the phone back I could already tell the glass was raised a little more than what it felt like normally. No big deal, shouldn't bother anything. 2 days later I take my phone out of my pocket and there is a edge to edge crack on my screen. You would think that after 2 days, they would either replace the screen again because of their screw up, or give me a discounted price on a new one. Nope! Apparently a cracked screen voids their "warranty". The sales guy did not care or seemed to have an remorse for me as a customer that my brand new so called "OEM" replacement screen was cracked after less than 48 hours. This Warranty is a money grabber and is only used to save the company themselves money from having to replace a product because of their terrible care and service. Zero stars if I could. Can't say the management is awful because apparently there is none. Always avoids phone calls and is never at the store. Even the employees say he's a myth. They deleted content off my external hard drive without my consent and then couldn't recover it. Years worth of data gone. I would call for updates and nobody knew what was going on "..because I've been on vacation so I don't know." It was always excuse after excuse. I wanted to wait a few days to right this just to make sure everything was still working correctly-and it is! I shattered my phone screen and THOUGHT I had AppleCare (wrong). A search led me to I-rite. They quoted me about 1/2 of what everyone else wanted to replace my non-functional screen. My husband dropped my phone off before work and I picked it up on the way home (it would have been done in about 30 minutes if I had wanted to wait). I elected to use the "standard" non-Apple screen and have no issues. All of my buttons work, my screen is perfect...it's almost like it never happened! The guy behind the counter assured me that if I did have issues I had 90 days to bring it back and they would replace or repair it for free. It ended up being about $200 to replace my iPhone XS Max screen (which sucks) but it's way better than the $350 that apple wanted. I highly recommend them for any phone repair and while I hopefully won't be back anytime soon, I'd definitely use them again. read more

Let's start with the positives: I appreciate the proximity of IRite. It is located in Hancock Village, which is like five-ten minutes from where I live. I also appreciate the service when there is an employee at the store. The men there are personable. However, I will also say the service is a let down. I had to call at least 5 times on TWO separate occasions to get someone on the phone; I had to check up on the status of laptop after the first deadline had been missed or else it would have been forgotten, and there's rarely anyone front facing when I enter (it gives the impression of a ghost store?). In the end, my technology was fixed and I got a discount after requesting, but this entire process has been a major headache and letdown. 2.5/3 stars. read more

T-Mobile sent me to i-Rite to repair my cracked iPhone screen for a trade-in. They said it would be $70 over the phone, which I was willing to pay considering I'd make it up with the trade-in. I handed the guy at i-Rite the phone, he took one look at it and ripped off the screen protector to reveal a perfectly untouched screen. Turns out just the protector was damaged. The guy who helped us was super nice, and could've taken our $70, but instead gave us a good laugh and had us on our way in less than a minute. Honest, kind people at i-Rite! read more

I have two iPad minis with cracked screens that I took to I-Rite at Hancock Village. After the repair the screens kept turning off when the device was held in certain ways. I took one of them back and when I got it home it continued to cut off. I took it back a second time and it still cut off. When I called and talked to the store manager he claimed that they could not find a problem. He suggested that I somehow "record it" whatever that means. This manager has zero interest in working anymore on the problem. When I raised the issue of the other iPad behaving the same way so obviously they have a somewhat systemic technical issue with this particular type of repair the response was that the warranty period had expired for that one so "too bad" essentially. I highly recommend not using this vendor for your screen repairs. Obviously they have some technical deficiencies as well as being unprofessional and having a poor customer service attitude. My eventual solution was to buy a new iPad. read more

My phone was fixed, however, I trusted the person at IRite with my password to my phone and my data was hacked after getting my phone back from there. They collect your data from your phone so make sure you don't have anything important in there. They will be in trouble for this. read more

Horrible experience with screen repair on daughter's iphone. First of all, there was a little communication about what was being done to the phone, I had to call multiple times and I never received a phone call when the phone was finished being repaired. The whole process took over two days. Two days after the repair, the screen started peeling up on the corner. They accused her of dropping the phone which I know it had not been dropped. They refused to admit that there was any fault on their part during the replacement of the screen and refused to put on a new screen. Absolutely disgusted and will never use this business again. read more

Took iPhone 6 in for a screen repair last year, which they did while I waited and has been trouble free. Home button stopped working, so I took it back this weekend, let them know they had replaced the screen about a year ago in case it was a problem with the screen or connections. They said they cleaned up the area around the home button, and it was working fine after that. No charge for the repeat visit. Super customer service, very friendly folks on both visits. I recently came here to get my IPhone X screen repaired and it look great! After about a month of having my screen repaired it totally went black. I had a black screen for about two weeks while I was 3 hours away at school. When I called and asked can he replaced my screen he said it was probably just a bad screen and he will replace it . I went back and got my screen replaced again. This time when I received my phone back my face I.D was not working and some of my touch icons were not working. I called the guy who fixed my phone to let him know my phone was not functioning properly until he put the screen on. He offered me a apple screen if I came back to get my phone screen replaced for the 3rd time. When I told him my phone is not functioning properly he told me there is nothing he can do about it and it's my software. I know that is not true because I didn't have any problems until he replaced my screen.My iPhone is still not functioning properly and I will not be returning here.
