These guys sure are the epitome of unethical salesmen! Upon leaving the Verizon store with a new IPhone and IPad, I was very impressed with the store and salesman (Abe). I even thought he did such a great job that I sent my fiancé to get a new phone and IPad as well! When I returned home and reviewed my bill I realized that the $50 phone case that he said "was on him" as well as the screen protector he put on the phone AND magnetic charger that I said I wouldn't use because I have a credit card pouch on the back of my phone were all charged to my account (approx $150). Upon hearing this, my fiancé took these items back to the store. Furthermore, the guy talked me into a new Iphone 14 and made it sound like there were tons of discounts if I traded in my IPhone 13. It appears to me that I now owe $1,400 and therefore received nothing for my phone that was almost paid off. It's all just a play of numbers. .. Fast forward 11 days and I still have not received my IPad. I called the store and a different representative told me it hasn't even been shipped yet! I asked him to just keep it and refund my money and he stated that he cannot. That I must wait until it's shipped and then come back to the store to return it! Why should I have to wait to receive this item then bring it back for a refund when it's still in Verizon's possession? These guys are crooks!! Be very careful! read more

I've previously had great experiences, but will no longer be coming to this store after this last experience. I came in Saturday to upgrade my phones, paid the last payment on them to take advantage of the special offer, and even paid off another device because I was fortunate enough to have the funds to do so. What I didn't realize is that I was about to get ripped off. I hadn't gotten a receipt, which I thought was odd, because I always have. I had to return today to trade in my old phone because I set it up at home since I had a lot to switch over. The price seemed steep, and with my calculations and asking the rep today (shout-out to Anthony because he was really sweet and helped us big time tonight) I found out I was charged two setup fees for my wife's phone and mine as well. Not only did she set up her own phone, I finished mine at home as well. $35 per phone to set them up?! I'm talking clicking a few things to start the smart switch. With my wife being a sales rep for the competitor, you'd think they wouldn't try to pull the wool over our eyes, but we were SO wrong. $70 for WHAT?! I was so excited for my new phone that I hadn't realized I was being ripped off. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store to save yourself the stupid fee. I really like some of the people I've met here, but this was absolutely repulsive. If cellular sales doesn't fix this, I will. Also, if you're listening, corporate, make sure your reps are getting signatures from customers, because I did NOT sign off on the $350 payment made in this store that day! read more

this store is a total ripoff. I took my iPhone in because it kept saying no SIM card. the rep at this store told me I had to get a new phone. went to a different store and they put in a new SIM card and corrected the problem with no charge. read more

This review isn't the so much the store but the service is horrible and the customer service is by the worst I've ever seen. My bill is a different amount every time, seems like I always have a bill due. You have to do everything just short of a back round check to register your account so you can just pay your bill. Of course they make it like that because they want you to miss a payment. Now I'm stuck with this horrible service for another six months. Over priced for terrible cell service and terrible customer service. Stay away from these people. read more

Having been upset for days over my IPhone not working, these guys are always so pleasant. I went in on a Sunday assuming I would have a wait. Nick greeted me immediately and was so helpful. Where do I begin, I would like to use choice words, but I'll refrain. A salesman, Jacob, sold my mother all kinds of things she didn't need and was not able to use. I was not there when this happened. I feel they took advantage of her age and lack of knowledge of technology. Also, the monthly bill was outrageously high, and they ripped her off on the phone she had traded in. I could go on, but you get the point. When I did finally go in to the store, the salesmen acted like they were just doing their job and just selling my mother what she had asked for. I took my mom to T-mobile to get away from these people. We significantly reduced her bill and had a much better experience. I would avoid this store! read more

When you walk into a cell phone store like Verizon, you have to already have had your self-discussion about what you want and then hold the line. I only wish Apple products lasted longer than they do because they aren't cheap. Granted, I had nine months of no payments and then the keyboard of my Apple iPhone 8 began acting up. I got quick service on a new phone I suppose because I was in the store on a Thursday afternoon. I advise anyone who is retired to stay out of these places during peak hours for working people. You only frustrate yourself, first of all by the waiting time. You also frustrate those around you who know well that you could have chosen any time to be in the store. As a retiree, I found my time to be productive and the salesperson to be knowledgeable and efficient. read more

We will never use this store again!! We traded in our old phones and got new ones. We were charged the tax and a $35 per line fee (we were told the activation would be waived but it wasn't} The salesman told us our first bill would be X amount. We got our first bill and it was 4X that amount. We were charged an activation fee on the bill of $35 a line. So they charged us $35 per line when we got the phones and $35 per line on our first bill. Called Verizon and they told us to talk to the store. Went to the store and the salesman said it was a "connection fee" and we should call and demand a refund on the Bill for the activation fee, and he would call also. Called Verizon back and they informed us that the $35 per line we were charged at the store was a phone set up fee. So not only did he FLAT OUT LIE, about it being a "connection" fee, he only set up one of our 3 phones. This place is a straight up rip off and had it not been for the Verizon phone representative being professional and taking care of this, we would have dropped Verizon all together. We were going to go back and have our mobile service for our Business updated through them. Glad we didn't. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

My husband went in there just trying to see what was going on with our sons ipad because it should have data and it doesn't. When he walked out, he gets a notification that he added a bunch of things to our account. Which he did not. So Bronson, who was the one helping him, added charges to our account without asking. When my husband called the store to ask what was going on he was told there was no manager at the store and that they were "slammed" lol my husband then told them that he just left the store and they were in fact not slammed and the man on the phone made another excuse. When my husband asked for the corporate number the man said he didn't know it. So not only did the men working at this store commit fraud but then made up a bunch of lies instead of fixing the problem. Y'all work at a professional corporate company. Grow up. Also, we live in crystal river, "slammed" isn't a word here unless you're at the corn dog truck at the flea market. Do better. Do not buy from this store or any stores owned by cellular sales. They lied to me and told me I get $150 free accessories with the purchase of my new phone. I realized that they charged me $150 for the accessories after the sale was complete. I purchased my phone over a year ago but chose not to write a bad review at the time because I figured the sales agent (Abe) was not representative of cellular sales other employees. I was wrong! In the last year I've have had more than 35 people tell me how they got strong armed into purchasing accessories that they didn't want. I've had enough. This is obviously their company policy. Please buy directly from Apple or order from amazon or go to a Verizon owned store not an authorized dealer that looks like a Verizon store. If you have to go to any cellular sales store, DO NOT LET THEM PUT ANY ACCESSORIES ON YOUR PHONE. They will charge you for them even if you are told they are free or part of a purchase package. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING!!! Don't trust them just because they seem friendly. read more
