I went to the Eustis, FL store to ask a few questions on set up of my new phone. I was approached by Many F. After a short conversation, I realized Many wasn't going to help me. Many stated it would take time to transfer my contacts/photos and he didn't have the time because it was there to sell phones...and by the way it would cost me $40.00. I picked up my phone and left. I decided to go to the Leesburg, FL store for help. Oh boy that was a mistake. I was approached by salesperson and told him I needed help...big mistake. He informed me he didn't have time to explain or transfer my contacts into my new phone and by the way, it would cost me $40.00. I asked if he could explain the process. He told me it would cost $40.00. I told him I was a long time Verizon customer. He told me still cost $40.00 because he didn't work for free. The store was empty except for the salespeople. Man has customer service went down the toilet. Two Verizon store with a group of losers...that is a sad thing. After this experience, I should have given up but didn't. I went back to the Eustis, FL store to speak with Store Manager. He was at another store. So Many F. approached me. I told him no thanks I will wait for another salesperson. I was lucky enough to speak with Daniel L. He was very professional and respectful. He answered my questions and actual found the problem I was having. Turn out it was a problem with my SIM card. So had to purchase a new SIM card. He even took the time to make sure my contacts were there and made sure I could receive text. He explained about using the "Content Transfer" app on Verizon's website. Daniel saved the day. There are some good salespeople out there that do give customer service. I guess everything is to be done online now days. That is a shame because there will be no need for salespeople anymore unless you can give some form of customer service. 2 to 1. Do not go to this store if you are looking to buy a phone. Buy your phone online or better yet go to a different service. We were having a problem purchasing a phone online and so we decided to stop in the store to talk to them face to face. The salesperson (Samuel Gray) told us he could order the phone for us. He never mentioned it would cost us $80 extra by the time they got all done. Cost more for the phone itself. Cost $40 transfer fee. Online would have been $20 and then they charged a $35 set up fee and never asked if we wanted it. We could have set the phone up ourselves. Poor poor service. read more

Apparently if you're not white all The sales associates will just walk right past you and greet other white customers and putting them before you in order. I've never been so angry and hurt in my life, I was there for 30 minutes and no one would even come to me and asked me if I needed any help as they continuously greeted and assisted other white customers. Horrible customer service drove all the way to the store 40 min away after calling and making sure everything would go smooth. Had an issue with their system so they said they couldn't complete my transaction and they had to deal with it tomm. Then also told me they would not hold the phone so it will most likely be gone by tomm, even the manager was not willing to help and joked about it. I have been in twice over a 9 month period and found the gentlemen, both black and white, were helpful, honest, responsible people. Being a technofobe, I'm always cognizant of the possibility of getting 'snowed' by sales people; trying to sell me more technology that I will never use. They've gone into my account and changed my information with out any of my knowleage, told me I would be paying this amount and all of a sudden i'm paying a 100 dollars more every month.
