Don't go there they add services like phone protection without informing you. Always Always check your Verizon online account for the extra services they add without letting you know. I just spent 30 min of my life contacting Verizon to get rid of the phone protection plan monthly for 68$ which I never bought. They told me its one time charge but while I checked they put it as a monthly family phone coverage. Long story short if you end up here always double or triple check!!! read more

When I walked in the store yesterday there were two sales associates on the floor both with customers. One thing I immediately noticed was a woman about to conclude her interaction and was speaking praise to the gentleman she was working with (Peter.) Once concluded he immediately asked if I needed help and he did in fact really help me. Whilst he was getting to the crux of my issue he ended up changing my plan (which saved me $$ with no compromises at all.) I also heard the other salesperson with his client helping them aid their decision (reducing their costs as well.) While I still have some decisions to make going forward Peter helped me far beyond what I could find online on my own and via Verizon customer service chat. 100% will be coming back to this location because the experience was nothing but positive and judging from the experience of the woman before me and the client with the other salesperson this will be my Verizon store from here on out. read more

Never go here to this location sales rep manage to put a lot of unnecessary charges on my bill to get his self a big commission check. He sold me a lot of cases and accessories that I didn't ask for any of it. He emailed my receipt so I didn't see all the charges at the point of purchase avoid this guy his name is Hameed...... he will overcharge you stay away from this store altogether. read more

Initially I thought your team here in NJ lacked basic customer service skills. I was under this impression because as I entered the store and stood at the "Welcome. Please wait here for assistance" no one acknowledged or greeted me. Every sales associate looked up and then went back to assisting their customer. Shortly after my arrival, an older white man walked in and was greeted and asked if he needed a seat. Then a middle-aged white woman walked in and she was greeted. As an African American woman, I can only conclude that my business is not considered as valuable as the white customers. read more

I was jerked around at the Verizon store. I was told it would be a 1/2 hour wait. So I left did another errand and came back, waited another 5-10 minutes only to find out they don't even carry the basic phone i wanted which by the way was displayed in the store. They finally told me that they definitely have it in the Mt.Laurel store. They wouldn't call and check Mt. Laurel for me to see if they definitely had it and if so could they put one aside for me. I called Mt. Laurel the next day, only to find out that they didn't carry the phone I wanted so I ended up with a flip phone with more gadgets in it that I didn't want for more money. When I got there, I found out they couldn't save my data and pictures. As I was waiting I kept looking at their ad they show over and over in the store about how easy and simple their plans are. Nothing is easy or simple there. What a horrible experience!!! They only care about selling you the most expensive phones and their bottom line. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. read more

Honestly, we were not particularly thrilled with the store or other associates, but our sales associate Jason Chambers was awesome. We had a lot of movement with 4 new phones, 2 new lines etc. he did a great job and was super pleasant. Hopefully, management sees this and moves him up...! read more

Deceiving. The sign out front does not state that they are an authorized retailer. I thought this was a corporate store. We switched from ATT to Verizon. While the salesman was helpful, he did not inform me that we were purchasing an Apple Watch with cellular data (which is $100 more than the watch with only GPS), and it also adds another line onto my bill. We've had the watch for 2 days before I realized. Verizon charges a $70 restocking fee and a $50 missing box fee (we through out the box by but had everything else). Finding Dan Paek, store manager, at this location behind Moorestown mall was like finding gold. Dan not only gave us great information about the different iPhones but also stayed beyond store closing to download my old phone and reload the new phone. Dan provided customer service at the ultimate level, gave us his card with his email address and cell phone number and said to contact him directly if any problems. Dan now has lifelong customers. We are thrilled to return to Verizon after having switched services briefly. Our sales associate, Naza, was patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a phone and did not try to get us to purchase products that were beyond our price range and/or not essential to our usage. We felt comfortable and attended to throughout the duration of our visit. We left the store with four new phones and a plan that fit our family's needs. I was really disappointed with my service today. The salesman that I was referred to by a nice woman who began to quote me on plans started to aggressively talk me out of the new iPhone 5, stating that it was a horrible phone and kept bringing up price points to compare and was trying to sell me on a droid or iPhone 4S. He rudely said that the iPhone 5 wasn't worth it and that is was a crap phone and wouldn't be available until December if I ordered today (11/1/12). I quickly left and ended up going to a Verizon store in Cherry Hill where I ordered my iPhone5 which is being shipped 11/16. Thanks but no thanks guys. You really need to see what your customers want and not what you think is best for them. read more

I can only speak for the one woman, I think the manager, but do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be spoken to condescendingly by someone who seems to do all in her power to make things as difficult as possible for you. Yelp is telling me my review is not Objective because the truth is it is not a good review. I am a Verizon customer. I quickly found out the difference between authorized retailor and Verizon the company. OBJECTIVELY my experience here was not a good one. I was switching to Verizon where I am now and had an Iphone 11 from ATT. I went in there, I explained the situation and felt like they could care less. They also questioned why I would need an Iphone if I have one. They seemed suspicious of me a decent guy in a brand new car looking to switch services. One woman, One man worked there. The woman treated me like a criminal and the man told me I would pay more at their store. In fact I almost bought home internet there after and you could tell they did not want to sell to me. THIS IS THE TRUTH....I went on to become a verizon customer at another store. And still am to this day. That's my story and experience with this store. PERIOD. read more

First off, not a corporate store. And "Indirect reseller" even though there is a huge illuminated Verizon sign on building. Indirect reseller is the short name for saying "Good Luck!!! You are 100% on you own and they run independent of corporate Verizon." Long story short, they sold us an iPhone 8 64G saying that was all that was available. Tried to return at a different verizon store (corporate) and they stayed "no, you can get any size you want, we have all three in stock...but we're not affiliated with the independent site so you need to go back to them to return phone. Inconvenient, but ok, not the end of the world. The gentlemen there processes the return and says sign here for the return and the $70 restocking fee will be deducted from the exchange. This was a same day return. Said they have no choice but to charge that, it's mandatory. Even though we're current version customers upgrading to an existing Verizon Acct. Called the corporate office to complain and they said the store should issue a refund. The store couldn't care less and would not. Good luck with this lil Gem of a Store. I bought the Samsung Galaxy SIII there in July. I was upgrading from a regular phone and was concerned about the cost of the phone and the monthly bill, especially the first month's bill due to various prorations. I specifically asked if there was an activation or upgrade charge and was told no. When I got my first bill, tho, there was an upgrade charge. I tried calling the store but was continually told our salesman wasn't workng that day and to call back later. Finally, about a month later I called and was told he no longer worked for the company. I asked for a manager and was told he probably wouldn't do anything about the charge. It took me a out a week of calling when one of the manager's underlings finally called me back saying that he would talk to his manager for me but couldn't guarantee that anything could be done. I told him that if someone didn't do something that I would keep going up the ladder and I asked for his manager's manager's name. Basically I got the name of everyone up to the owner of the company. About 3 business days later the underling called me back to say that the manager was going to credit the fee. I love my phone and I'm glad they did the right thing, but it shouldn't have taken so long and they should have done the right thing first instead of letting this drag on. Think of all the animosity it would have saved. And all it would have cost them was an upgrade fee. I will never use them or a 3rd party cellular vendor again. I will deal directly with Verizon from now on. read more

There was an associate available but instead of helping me the customer she went on her phone. I left extremely dissapointed. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I purchased a lower cost LG Lancet phone at this location, the only phone I could afford below the $400 and $600 phone I was offered, which I later discovered is a discontinued line. I had much difficulty operating it, being an older person. The "young" impatient salespeople did not assist me significantly enough to be successful on it, even though I returned a second time for help: "Go on U-tube." Finally I decided to return it and cancel my plan. I miscounted the two week return period by one day (Weds to Weds =15). They refused to take back the phone without their supervisor's approval. I waited almost 2 hours to get a response from him, Sumith Bepari, who directed his employee to tell me there would be a $180 charge to cancel my plan- the full cost of the phone!!! Honest mistake on my part. You would think Verizon, in the essence of good customer service, would have let me cancel my plan and return the phone with only the original $35 restocking fee. Not my fault that there is no manual, on-line did not give answers to my problems with it, and salespeople did not guide me to use my phone properly. NOBODY cares about the customer at this Verizon store!! read more
