This was my FOURTH AT&T store I visited today. None of them had the phone I wanted and the employees at every store but this one were sullen and not helpful. Nikki at this store was friendly and helpful. She truly wanted to help me. She ordered what I wanted and it will be delivered in a week. The female (on this particular day) staff during my visit were as bright as the store! Rebecca was very helpful, on a vague situation that just occurred w/ my now former provider, AT&T. She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The store was nice, clean and well organized. The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago. I had an appointment to add 2 lines to my account and upgrade excising phones however appointment meant nothing and I waited along with all the other people. I waited over One Hour with the T mobile help line for necessary info on my account. When I was finally waited on I was offered NO deals on phones or Added lines lines the young man waiting on me seemed bored and not knowledgeable at all. I went across the street to another cel phone provider where I was waited on promptly the young man was polite and knowledgeable about all their plans bottom line was offered far cheaper monthly rates and buy one get one free on phones some droid phone were offered free needless to say I changed carriers read more

This was my first time at this store. I was thinking about going back to them since I'm currently with Sprint but T-Mobile is way more expensive than Sprint. I was with T-Mobile from 2004-2008. They were my very first cell phone provider. Back then they had roaming when you weren't using their towers. I was living in West Michigan during the time I was with T-Mobile. I had 500 daytime minutes, free nights after 9pm and free weekends. I rarely text back then. In June 2008, they sent me a letter saying that they cannot do free roaming so I had to leave them and go to a different carrier. That carrier used to be called Centennial Wireless but they were bought out by AT&T. I have no harsh feelings for T-Mobile. Their network had grown larger since there is no more roaming. read more
