I had to go back to them 4 times for lens issues. First time the camera was distorted in the light, the guy said he forgot the clean it. The next morning my lens was missing (it fell out somewhere); had them put another one on. After I got home, had the same issue with the lens distorted and went back, this different guy said he didn't clean the camera lens before putting the lens on, so he cleaned it.
