This store gave me 600 dollars for a trade in, towards a new 1000 dollar phone. After I did the deal, they never turned my trade in to Verizon and reneged on the deal. My last months bill for Verizon was 735 dollars. They were arrogant and unapologetic. The salesmen gave you bad information, was the managers explanation, not we gave you 600 off and then reneged, after you left. Do not do business with these people. read more

Don't waste your time at this place, it's too bad it says Verizon all over the store because they are only a dealer. Do yourself a favor and go to Verizon on Universal. Worst customer service and everyone tells you a different story. Just a complete joke! One associate (Matt) told my dad he fried his battery; however, never even put his hands on the device to assess. He then talked him into needing to buy another phone and charging him another $150. Alex told me when I went in that he would get the refund in the mail with 5 business days and when it never came, another associate said they don't mail out refunds and it goes back to your card, which of course it never did. This store salespeople are deceptive and misleading. I was told we were able to get FREE phones because of our plan . We fell for what they were selling. Told it would only be an increase of $3 on our bill so we got new 2 new phone . ( we also got internet & land line which we returned 2 days later) but we were told the phones were FREE before internet. A few days later my bill on line showed a$6 & $8 charge because they only credited $ 18. When I went back & spoke to the salesperson he LIED that he would call & me to call customer service then tried to WALK ME OUT OF THE STORE! I didn't go talked to the manager, didn't help either. So I called customer service didn't help either their decision was to support the store and could not do anything for me So beware this is not a real version store it's CELLULAR SALES. they are deceptive, deceitful and misleading salespeople. I was listening in on the phone while my sister went to activate a phone I bought for my Mom, who is high risk for covid. When my sister called this store, they told her she had to come in, which was a lie, they just wanted to charge her $35, when any Verizon CORPORATE store will do it for free. Akeem Clark was rude, incompetent, and couldn't even manage to activate the phone, which was great since she went home and easily activated it herself, saving the fee. I could hear Akeem Clark yelling at her abusively. She needed info from me, so stepped far away from everyone and lowered her mask a bit. Akeem screamed at her and threw her out of the store. But he had taken the phone in his BARE HANDS, tried to pry it open with his fingernail, and then handed it back without disinfecting. We have filed a complaint with corporate. read more

I have been here several times for help with phone issues. The customer service here is outstanding. Both times the store manager helped me. He is such a helpful, patient, and amazing man. My father also came here to buy a new Iphone and he was very happy as well.
