I bought a new phone and discovered 5 days later a local store has the same phone for $50 less. The store also did not apply a discount for upgrading our phone. I took the phone, charger, etc back with the receipt and was advised there are no returns. The fact most other competing boost stores around central ky give you seven days, not to mention a better price and dont keep your upgrade discount, doesn't matter. When I asked for the owner, I was advised there isnt one. I guess the store is owned by mythical elf creatures because neither they or the store owner exist. Save your time, save your money, and shop elsewhere. I should have.

I recently inherited a 1968 Howard upright that hadn't been tuned for a looooooong time. Trying to…read morefind a piano tuner was a weird experience because there are so few and they're not marketed aggressively. After some digging, I came across Clark and I'm glad I did! It was seamless to get an appointment setup. Chase, the owner and technician, came right on time and began working in a manner that enabled me to work from home close by. He let me know upfront that I needed a pitch raise, which simply means that the piano was so out of tune he'd need to come twice: once to get the mechanisms working and do a first tuning, then after a couple of weeks (I'd only had the piano for about 1 week - it needed to settle) for the final tuning. After his first visit the keys felt responsive and silky instead of like sticks in freshly poured concrete. I tracked the tuning over two weeks and there was definitely some settling so it was a very good idea to wait for the second tuning. After the second tuning, the piano sounded outrageously beautiful. Octaves, major thirds, fifths, etc about as equally tempered as one could expect. I highly recommend Chase to everyone!
