I was porting over my line from TMOBILE to Verizon because they said I would receive a iPhone 17…read morepro max by mail and once I received it and activated it then and only then will they be able to port my line because I have to receive phone first but instead that took my number with out me receiving phone first.I then went to Verizon store and requested that they return my number to TMOBILE if they are not giving me a phone to use right at the time my number has been ported over and they gave me such a run around for 5 hours and soon as I started talking about a lawsuit, they were now able to port my number back to TMOBILE. I would never attempt to conduct business with Verizon ever again.

We could not get the voice mail setup. We went back on the 3/14/26 spoke to a young man named Miles he was diligent in solving the problem and he explained to us what he did. So, we left when we got back home, we went to charge the phone no charger. We went back to the store on 3/15/26 12:00pm spoke to a real SUPER LADY Her name was Kim; she informed us that a phone charger does not come with the phone and all cell companies were doing this as it is sold separately. If the so-called manager would have done her job, we would not have had to go back. Kim has a winning attitude, with many customer service skills. Kim sold us a charger, and we told her we find out that on my wife's voice mail was never setup. she helped us a lot just like Addly did when he was there. Now we realize originally, we came on 3/13/26 @6:35pm and they close @ 7:00 but NOT DOING YOUR JOB IS NO EXCUSE!!!!!

You would think with all the telephone devices they sell, they couldn't pull one off the shelf and utilize it. The purpose of my call was to see if they have a product in stock. I searched the RadioShack website and indicated that most stores would have this is stock. When I checked on the inventory status of my local radio shack, the store was not listed. I then decided to use the ship to store option, but again my local store was not listed; all the surrounding RadioShacks where listed, but not this one. I did visit the store once before. The store advertises a large selection musical instrument supplies. I was searching for a Manhasset music stand, a very common item for music players,but the store did not carry.

She literally yelled at me and if you are returning Amazon just forget about it. The packages are strewn all over the floor of the store, it is filthy, the self service kiosk is broken and they REFUSE to ship an Amazon package for you even though the Amazon kiosk was broken and it was the last day I could ship the package. I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. It was such a relief to know I never have to go to this particular UPS Store again! I hate to write a review like this this but feel other people should know they have much better choices. I asked for the Owner's number and Linda refused to give it to me (she tried to convince me nobody at the store had the owner's phone number which is either crazy or not true). I've been here four or five times in one month. Why should you search for packages if your recipient doesn't have a document to show that it's in your position? The customer service is not there when you have 4-5 people in line wait to drop off a package and get a receipt. Having another body to assist is a great idea especially when you are handling many different services on your website.
