We went to this store trying to switch service and the staff was awful, rude, condescending and ran our credit without our consent! The sales tech was insulting, raised his voice in several occasions to the point that we left in the middle of filling the application. If T-Mobile is like this do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!! Staff need training, learn customer service and help people with their questions.. Outstanding Customer Service from Chloe F - T-Mobile,Cobblestone village Florida. I just wanted to pass on some feedback about the excellent service I received from Chloe at a T-Mobile store while I've been on holiday in Florida.I was trying to get internet on my phone, but as it's quite an old model, it wasn't accepting the SIM in any usual way. Chloe went absolutely above and beyond to try and help me. She spent a great deal of time with me, patiently working through every option to try and get the SIM to work. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of my phone, we couldn't get it sorted--but that didn't stop her from helping.Despite the fact she wouldn't be making a sale, Chloe still gave me really helpful advice and even used her own phone to look up other places that might be able to assist. I genuinely felt she went far beyond what most people would do.I'd already tried other stores (including other T-Mobile branches), and none came close to the level of service Chloe provided. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly a credit to your team.I wasn't able to find a direct way to leave a review through T-Mobile's usual channels, but I hope this message reaches her management. It was time... the time my man dreaded. Making the switch from his battered, beloved iPhone SE with its well worn touch id button to facial recognition and 5G service. I waited until the last possible minute after auto-locking the car doors to tell him our journey to the T-Mobile store at Cobblestone Village was in motion. I had pre-gamed this visit days earlier, calling T-Mobile Customer Service and having my plan of attack detailed on my account. I knew time was of the essence as his patience and tolerance for such changes would be limited. Erik was in the process of unlocking the door with a friendly wave as we approached to begin the transformation process. Erik, an enthusiastic associate was up for the challenge. I was happy to see my prior customer service conversation was mapped giving Erik a head start to the process. He chose a protective Otter box case and a Zagg screen protector from the accessory wall as Erik deftly transitioned the service between the devices, working diligently to ensure there would be the least amount of delay. Erik's manager Audra calmly and methodically handled the amassing crowd of people who began to stream into the store as the hour progressed. Erik and Audra maintained their composure and friendly, upbeat attitudes despite the throngs of customers who patiently waited. Its obvious that having another set of hands would have helped Audra immensely. He sat nervously, tapping his foot, knowing that the true test would be the confirmation that his data was transferred without incident. The missing button would be his nemesis as he moved slowly through his apps...checking. Erik had quickly transferred my line to a new Galaxy 23 without blinking an eye, leaving us seated at a task table to confirm that the transaction would be complete and soon wiping the old equipment would be his last task. While we worked, Erik and Audra wrangled the queue of customers all the while keeping a watchful eye and answering my brother's occasional question. Time passed. The crowd continued to grow and the store bustled. While we worked, we marveled at Audra and Erik's easy, graceful attention to everyone in the store. Within a span of two hours, all access and apps were checked to satisfaction and we were away; transaction complete. As the car door closed, he proclaimed, "That was the most pleasurable and professional trip to a cellphone store I have ever experienced. Those two really knew their stuff. They were amazing." I cannot begin to go over all of the problems we encountered with T mobile while attempting to switch to their service. Too make a very long story short- we were without phone service for nearly 3 days because T mobile employees had locked us out of our ATT account and ATT employees in store off of Rte 312 said they could not help us. Finally after much discussion with T mobile and no resolution- we went to an ATT Store in Cobblestone Village St Augustine and the manager (Margaret) gave us a better deal with ATT and service began immediately. The store assistants are excellent. Tech support is beyond the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Our phones are only 3 weeks old and my voicemail which has worked just fine until Tuesday when the voicemail stopped working and tells my caller my voicemail is invalid. Julie at the St. Augustine store was on the phone with tech support for over a1/2 hour. They want a pin which was never given to us. According to Mary at tech support I have to wait until my phone is "older", then she can give me a one time pin. WTF! read more

Buying a phone and service was great - Customer service afterwards NOT!!!! I think perhaps I was ignored because I stutter, IDK. I stood in the store for 2 hours until I had to leave because I had work. Also, I just found out that Mandy just said whatever I wanted to hear to sell me the phone. The Iphone 11 I bought has had issues since I bought it. It was auto dialing various contacts when I was nowhere near it and had NO SERVICE in the Flagler Estates area. Thankfully, corporate customer service fixed the autodialing issue AND gave me the service price I was told by MANDY when she sold me the phone. As far as I'm concerned ALL the employees are rude here. They skipped over me to take customers buying phones. Well, now corporate knows what's going on and you will be hearing from them. You should learn from this - don't mess with disabled people, it'll come back to bite you in the ass!! read more

The t mobile store here in st. Augustine is great. The staff is both friendly and helpful. I am glad I made the shift from Verizon to t mobile. I travel internationally frequently and needed a service that would let me use my us number internationaly and Verizon charges 10 per day. T mobile has free texts and data internationally with an option to upgrade to higher speeds whole traveling for a low monthly additional rate. The phones are buy one get one and they are currently accepting trade in phones of a s4 or higher. I strongly suggest to look into t mobile rather than Verizon and the service quality in the st John's county area is greatly improved over the past couple years. Stop by and see the friendly staff at this location and see for yourself t mobile really is a better company than Verizon in my opinion I can't say much about at&t but t mobile certainly beats Verizon. read more

I have been to this store a couple times now and each time have had outstanding customer care. The staff are all knowledgeable and super friendly. They have amazing phone plans for everyone. The unlimited data plan is by far the best one currently being offered compared to other providers. The store is bright and clean. You can try out the phones and iPads on display. They also have great promos on their aps and certain plans for free stuff. Plan on a short wait during peak hours. read more

I placed the order on line, can never reach anyone by phone, and emails are auto generated. They claimed to have shipped my merchandise but the USPS has no record of ever receiving a package for the tracking number they provided. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework before ordering which was a big mistake. I have requested a refund and gotten no reply. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Customer service at this location is phenomenal! David is the best! The other employees all had big smiles as they were helping other customers, too. I got a new phone & tried starting it up by myself & just ended up being very frustrated so I took my phone into this store & David set it up for me. He was very patient with me while explaining everything. If you are buying a new phone or you need any help with your existing phone or service this is the place to go! Visited the St. Augustine location twice in the past three months for technical help with two different phones. Each visit there were several people in line and several people already being helped. We were immediately greeted verbally by a rep and told they'd be with us as soon as possible. First visit we were helped by Tariq, who tried every which way to repair the phone. When it was obvious no repair could be made, Tariq gave us all our purchase options, not just the newest most expensive device. On the second visit we were helped by Jose who was able to repair the phone at no cost to us, even though it was over two years old. read more
