I had 5 packages to return to Amazon and of those, the female employee had issues with 2 of them. 1st, one Amazon package wasn't opened but I had the return approval code from Amazon. She kept saying something about it not being opened ( I couldn't understand her in between the singing and her accent) so, I opened the package and inserted the return form from my Amazon email - as the others I had done with no issues from her. She said NO, that is wrong and she couldn't take it.... I never did understand why. The 2nd one she refused, she said I had mistakenly put return to Staples - I admit that was my fault and ask her to please correct that for me and she said NO. I asked if I could pull it up on my emails and change it and she said NO, that I had to take it to Staples. I said I would not be back and that they need to do something with the music since they were in America and customers wouldn't understand that language and she and the male started yelling at me in front of other customers. I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat
