Hidden Fees, Misleading Sales - Avoid This Store The Verizon location in Thomasville should be avoided at all costs. The reps here don't fully explain the terms of your purchase, especially regarding trade-ins. I was led to believe I paid for my phone outright, but when I left Verizon for Spectrum, I found out I owed over $400. Why? Because my trade-in "discount" was being spread over 36 months--something that was never clearly communicated. It's a dishonest way to do business, and it cost me both time and money. I feel like I was manipulated into a contract I didn't agree to. Verizon already charges high service rates, and with sales tactics like these, they just lost a long-time customer. Do yourself a favor--don't trade in your old phone here, and better yet, don't walk into this store at all. read more

This Verizon is conveniently situated off a Durham NC I 85 exit - situated close to several businesses and major hospitals. It has been my favorite Verizon Store for the last several years. The physical format has changed to a more sterile bare design- losing -I feel a lot of warmth& cozy atmosphere. The service was okay just unimaginatively slow & I do mean slow. I was getting a different service but the representatives kept going back to the store room to the front - back to get this - back to get that- several times, taking several hours to complete a standard transaction,and going through 5 different customer representatives.However,I would revisit again- this would be my cell phone business choice read more

I have been dealing with this store for over a year now, 6 months ago I made a review on a very ugly employee because of her attitude and I see someone thinks I made a false review on Taylor. Let me reassure you I am very real, not a previous employee that's mad; I am a happy Verizon customer who happened to have a bad experience that visit. I love the sales reps that are in Thomasville. I recently upgraded 2 phones and purchased a watch. Drew is definitely our go to guy when we go in but anyone who is now at the Thomasville store is just absolutely amazing. read more

I went into this store on 9/2/17 and purchased a new phone, charger and case. I wasn't happy with the charger so I returned it on the 6th for a refund. The guy processed it and said give a few days to go back in my account. I noticed a few weeks later that I never got that refund and contacted Verizon whom helped get me in touch with the manager Ron. Well here it is the end of October and I do not have my money and the manager is STILL giving me the run around and will NOT get me my money. He told me it went back to such and such card number and when I told him that wasn't a card we owned he said well look into it and get back with me. This store is a JOKE. The way I see it, that sales rep stole money from me and the manager is covering for him. I will never use this store again and I surely hope I save other people from the hassle we are dealing with. read more

Never preorder a phone here. They will get the phone you want in their shipment but not your preorder it makes no sense.
