Chase, the Retail Associate, quickly asked me what my need was and listened patiently as I explained to him that I was not happy with my current AT&T plan and wanted to make changes. What transpired next is what I call the epitome of a perfect customer experience. Chase patiently explained my options, showed me exactly what they looked like from a financial standpoint, and then showed me the products (phone, watch, etc.) that could meet my needs. By the time it was all done, I was set up with a much better plan, had an upgraded phone, and a new Apple watch, and had a much better understanding of what to expect from my bill than I ever had to leave a phone set up before. I think the best part was the ease at which the young man went about doing his job. He was very easy to talk to, did not try to oversell me on a bunch of things I did not need (which sold me on shopping around the store! ), and was just very pleasant with all the customers. Chase not only made a huge impression on me, but he greatly improved my opinion of AT&T in the market (Southern/North Carolina). That young man has success in his future. In July 2025, I…read morebrought my MacBook in because the screen was broken, and I was charged over $500 for a replacement. After the repair, I noticed they did not install an authentic Apple screen. Instead, they used a cheap aftermarket screen that did not even include the MacBook logo branding that normally appears on startup. Only a few months later, the replacement screen completely failed. In November 2025, the computer suddenly shut off and the screen went black despite the laptop not being dropped, damaged, or mishandled in any way. It had mostly been sitting untouched. When I contacted the store, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that "MacBook cases can sometimes cause screen damage," which makes absolutely no sense considering the circumstances. For the amount of money they charge, customers should expect genuine parts, quality repairs, and accountability when something goes wrong. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel misled about the quality of the repair I paid for.

With my "Go big or go home" attitude, I picked the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple (hence the music by Deep Purple). She looked up my Verizon account and got me a great deal. She answered all of my questions and used my recent iCloud backup to load my new phone. It was seamless and painless! The phone comes with a cord but not the C outlet plug. She hooked me up with a combo pack that included the C a/c adaptor, a car adapter and an extra cord. I was ready to roll! I highly recommend Sarah and this location!
