While I was there, I met Lisa. We discussed iphones in general and after speaking with her for a little while, I found myself ordering a new phone! I wasn't there to get a phone for me ,but Lisa provided great information and a low-pressure sales pitch that convinced me I should go ahead and get a new phone. I can't say enough about her knowledge and expertise. She was friendly and helpful. Although she was much younger than me, we connected on a level I wasn't expecting. When my phone arrived, I took it to her and she downloaded/transferred all my data and generally cleaned up my phone. Come to today (about 5 days or so since my last visit to the store) I call them for the 5th or 6th time and someone actually picks up the phone (which has only happened once this month) and they told me they still have not received my permission to get my Xbox sent out- they said they've called me (which they have not) and supposedly it is now getting sent out. It's genuinely shocking how this business is handling repairs and customer service. Please god just return my Xbox to me fixed. I've received 3 different dates that it "should" be fixed by and all but one have passed. PLEASE just call or email your customers- keep communication open and don't make empty promises! They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! It was about 30 minutes from my side of town, but I drove out and Andrew fixed my phone the next morning, and for less than anywhere else!! Score! I didn't notice until after they closed and I was leaving the next morning, so I couldn't get it fixed. No biggie, just less selfies.‍ I called while gone and Adam told me to bring it back when I got in town. Sure enough, Jonathan knew what I needed. He first made sure that the charger port's pin was in place. He then opened a replacement charger box from his shelf - unfortunately none of the plugs were the right size. He pondered and then said: Samsung is a 12 volt product, I have an idea. Went in the back and came back with another charger. He set it to 12 volts and this one also had a small enough plug. Stuck the charger plug in and tried to turn on the Chromebook. No luck and I was about to give up. Jonathan said: Take your time - the battery needs a few minutes!" Sure enough - the Chromebook was working again. Customer Service above and beyond!
