If I could give Cellular Sales zero stars I would. I recently changed providers to Verizon and thought this was a Verizon owned store. Nope. The people that run this store are worse than useless. They have no idea what they're doing and promised us things they never delivered, took 2 days to activate the new phones because they couldn't figure out how to do it and told us things that just weren't true. Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon to get my account and service set up properly. I've never had such a horrible experience changing cell providers. NEVER go to Cellular Sales for your phone, go directly to a Verizon owned store. Fortunately Verizon customer service is excellent and we were able to get our account straightened out. Happy with Verizon, very unhappy with Cellular Sales. read more

Needed a quick screen protector replacement because the person who did it for us at Waterford completely eff'd up ours. We pulled into the establishment in their parking lot and walked right in. There was a line, but we were greeted and told they'll be right with us. This is very important when it comes to customer service! They acknowledge our presence in a crowded room. We waited about 15 mins because there was two people ahead. We were served by Cory/Colby (I'm sorry, I forgot)! He offered us to look at our phone plan, but we politely declined because we were just there to replace our iPhone screen protectors. He quickly grabbed the correctly one and did such a professional job when applying the new protector to our phones! He slipped a small conversation with us and checked out. Thank you! read more

my father is 90 years old and several months ago a rep helped him , David Tadros. He was extremely helpful in setting up the account for him, answering all his questions and get everything situated for him. he walked us through everything in the process. not only did he help us get my dad a new phone when joining Verizon, but he has helped my father several times in the last few months since then. He calls to check in on us, and always helps my Dad and I when we need info or have question. I am a 20+ year customer of Verizon. I went in this store to have them help me transfer data from one phone to another. They said they couldn't do it. I could pay them $40.00 and they would help. Terrible customer service! I have never had a negative Verizon experience like this. read more

If I could post a lower number of stars, I would do it. My wife and I went to the store, but since they did not have the phone we were seeking, we were told they would special order it and it would arrive a few days later. We tracked our order, and went to the Verizon store to pick up the phone. However, apparently an employee of this Verizon store on Aloma in Winter Park had previously decided to sell our phone to another customer, as the employees get a commission on sales. That employee knew that it was special order for us. When we spoke to the staff about it, they were dishonest, claiming that "there must have been a label missing." Later, the manager Matt Mishler admitted that the employee knew it was reserved for us, but claimed the employee had asked another employee to reach out to us and get our permission to sell our phone to another customer. Supposedly, when he did not get a response from us (mind you the customer was still in the store, so you have a perspective of the time they "waited"), he elected to sell our phone anyways. We never got any such phone call, perhaps needless to say. Obviously, when staff members that get commission for a purchase sell your reserved phone, and make you wait on a new one without your permission, the staff should be reeducated on proper procedure. We were not looking for anything from the store...only for them to address the system issue with the staff. However, manager Matt Mishler arrogantly refused to reeducate his staff on the proper procedure. read more

Do not shop here!!! They are not an actual Verizon store, just a 3rd party retailer. We were completely misled by a snarky, rude young salesman. They charged $35 just to transfer my contacts to my new phone, when a regular Verizon store would not charge anything. We found this out when we called Verizon the next day. I don't know how they get away with such blatant deceit, but I hope this review will save others from being taken advantage of like we were. read more

This is not actually a Verizon store, but some third party. Do not shop here. The salesman offered me all these deals, including "gift cards I could use anywhere" implying they were VISA gift cards. I am very frustrated! we were promised a low monthly price for our new phones since we exchanged our Samsung's. This did not happen! I have numerous times called Verizon corporate to see why the price is not honored but at first they told me it takes a while. I purchased them in May... now Verizon tells me that I need to speak with the person who I dealt with since the are a 3rd party :( . I have called Scott multiple times and have not been able to reach him nor has he returned my calls. We are now towards the end of October and I am still paying more than what it was offered. I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Donald at this particular Verizon store. He called me to offer ways to decrease my cell phone bill. He explained Autopay discount and was able to link my account to my work to save another 20%. No sales pitch. He explained 3rd party stores to me and made this call with hopes I will come to him for future Verizon purchases I may need. I was thankful for the money savings and I will absolutely bring him future business. read more
